Wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gepflegter schöner Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles sehr sauber! Von hier erreicht man fast alle Ziele in Zypern - egal ob Strand oder Berge. Absolut zu empfehlen für Freunde, Paare und Familie.

Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, sie war mit die Beste auf unserer Gesamtzypernrundreise. Die Gastgeber hinterlegten den Schlüssel und im Apartment fand sich eine Liste mit Tips für die Umgebung, z.B. Parken 2min entfernt direkt vorm Supermarkt. Alles war sauber, der Garten eine kleine Idylle! Wirklich toll!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und in super Zustand. Wunderschöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Die Lage war nicht perfekt. Mit dem Auto kam man aber überall hin. Es hat sehr viel Autoverkehr in Limassol.

This place was amazing, we stayed there one night. Rooms were super clean( comfy bed and very clean bathroom)and atmosphere was amazing plus the yard- wow. So if you want very nice, quiet and intimate place, I will highly recommend Nikis house. I was stunned.

Amazing place! Great value to price. Comfortable beds. Big and really clean rooms. Small but really nice and clean bathroom. All amenities you need, cutlery, glasses, fridge, small stove. Beautifully decorated. Great location in quiet location. Close to supermarket. Outside sitting area in an amazing garden.

Niki's House is beautifully renovated and our room was sparkling clean. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was great. Free parking was available a 1-minute walk from the property, and it's very easy to reach any part of Limassol by car. The property itself is located in the heart of the old part of Agios Athanasios, and it was very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Great value for money!

Fantastic authentic family owned and operated Super clean, well renovated while keeping the historic look and design. the owners are very friendly and give good advise for things to do/see in the area. its not for the luxury experience seekers, but if you want to sleep with a unique place that has real character you should definitely try this place.

Cleaned rooms, very comfortable and the people run this business are amazing! They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to my friend's wedding. It was great! I highly recommend Nikis Houses for anyone visiting downtown.

The place is very cozy and feels like home. Even though it's an apartment they clean it every day. If you have a car the location is excellent just 1o min drive to the city limessol. Supermarket and bakery nearby. But the best thing is the owners. Very hospitable nice and warm and will help you with anything at anytime. Very reccomend!!!

Nikis House is the best place to stay in Limassol. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and a lovely garden to sit for breakfast or afternoons. The owners, Evgenia and Kyriacos are beyond helpful and very welcoming. We’ve been coming here for years and will keep coming back.

Very clean and tidy room best price and cozy garden

The place exceeded my expectations. I've found flexibility, hospitality and and exquisite attention to detail. The place is quiet, fully equipped (a/c, kettle, fridge, reliable wifi, cooking hobs, outside seating tables, comfortable bed and shower) and extraordinary clean. 10 min drive from the vibrant city center but all essential services are within walking distance. The roads around the area are slightly narrow and parking can be tricky but free parking space is within reach.

We loved the style of the room. Overall not much to say apart from that we had a great stay for one night.
