The staff are wonderful and friendly. Apartments are nice, clean, modern and reasonably well equipped. Breakfast (optional extra) is fantastic. Helen is lovely and will do whatever you need ... emails, faxes, handling packages...

Never again! Me and my colegue travelled to Limassol for business as usual. The wifi was poor(we work online). Unfortunately my period came and i stained the bed cover, so we hurried to wash it even used our brush as to get dry and not embarrass myself. The owner came by 8:00 o'clock and was banging at the door and yelling at me telling me that i have destroyed her bed cover ( we hanged it at the veranda), then she said we have to pay 100.00€, and check out ( the check out time as mentioned is 12 o'clock) However, we paid and ask a receipt to give to our boss. Definitely, never going there again and im not suggesting anyone to go.

Worst stay I've ever had. Several issues... microwave doesn't work, mould on the walls, Wi-Fi not great and when called to fix was told no one else is having issues.... lastly was pretty much forced to upgrade as when booked on expedia I booked for 3 people (no adult or child option just people) and then saw the booked studio was sleeping 3 but only 2 single beds??!?! Called and explained but Room not refundable and was made to upgrade to "superior studio" for additional cost... again, worst experience... don't book.

The hotel is a lovely clean peaceful setting. The staff were helpful and friendly and the manger was so lovely, he went out of his way to help supply me with my special dietry requirements. Would recommend and visit again

It is a clean quiet apartment hotel. It had everything I required and everything worked. It is managed flawlessly by Helen. Sometimes a hotel is just a place to stay when you travel, but when there is a person, or people, who really care about your comfort, your happiness, your well-being, that hotel is special. This is such a place. Everyone, the owner/manager, her husband, her assistant and even the housekeeper have been welcoming and lovely.

This is an excellent 3 stars hotel; so you definitely need to set your expectations on that basis. For a 3 stars hotel, you will have all you need. Limassol is not a very touristy town, it is only a good place to stay if you want a good central place to explore all of Cyprus and you have your own transport, so keep that in mind. This place is a bargain for money. There is a self-service launderette and parking outside. The main road is close. And the staff are wonderful. Recommended for explorers.

Marianna Hotel Apartments is for me personally not a 3 stars ranked apartment building with cosy nice studio apartments. For me it is 3,5 stars worth because the service is always very good, you can find whatever you prefer as an apartment style, small for a budget or bigger apartment rooms. All of them are fully furnished. It is up to you to decide to stay here for days or weeks. Helen and Costas are giving their best to make all customers happy and are always taking time to have a chat. I personally love the mountainview. Especially in the evening when the little villages in the mountains are turning on their lights. It's a fantastic view.

Helpful staff. Even when arriving late without a reservation, we were taken care of. Clean place and close to beaches and restaurants. A/c is included which is great!
