Unhygienic, avoid!! Rooms not cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast was an experience, hotdog sausages were filth! They smelt off. They served WARM lemon squash and WARM orange squash. I was shocked. Pool was filthy, my son had an infection. Debris and leaves and dirt. Was not maintained at all. Very musky and drab. Bathroom in our room had bath with no plug and the soap dispensers didn't work and were falling off the wall. Filth, old, decrepit. Beach towels given were cheap nasty tiny ones that leave blue fluff all over your body and clothes. This is one to AVOID AT ALL COSTS Worst hotel I've ever visited, and I've been to a lot. PLUS POINTS! Chinese waitress at breakfast was super healpfull and bought ice due to the warm juice Receptionist who took my booking was lovely. Sorry... No more plus points 🤷‍♂️

My complain is that the swimming pool could be better maintenande, it needs a good deply cleaning at the bottom and also the breakfast was pretty much English breakfast. I was expecting more local food.

I’ve never seen duch a tragedy, even in Albania hotels are much cleaner. Navaria hotel is a total disaster- messy, filthy, smelly, dirty… and disgusting breakfest and u have whole package. Man at reception was nice.

The staff was happy to meet its customers like I am happy when I have to go to the dentist. The facilities are super old and the moquette on the floor dirty as it was never cleaned in years. You can definitely spend your money in a better way.

Skip half-board when making reservarion as breakfast is enough. Even it is always the same. Dinner is usually not up to anybodies expectation. Beach is just across the main street and this is great. Parking is usually available. You get what you paid for. Mostly.

Very nice room with very soft and enormous bed. Pool is clean and breakfast is sumptuous. Close to beach and the sea view is super.

Clean room and bathroom, good maid service every day, nice hot cooked breakfast buffet, staff could be better with some training but ok, swimming pool looks a bit grubby with age, but ok, all good for a 3☆hotel, and we enjoyed ourselves over christmas and new year 2022/23, Thank you to all staff,

Die zimmer waren okay, es war eine gute Aussicht zum Meer aber leider kein Kühlschrank drin, den haben wir aber bekommen nach nachfrage aber der war sehr dreckig und alt. Die Lage war gut aber der Service unfreundlich, wir haben von draußen Essen mitgenommen und wollten im Zimmer Essen und haben an der rezeption nach besteck nachgefragt aber die haben uns keins gegeben, die wollten dafür Geld. Das ist schon dreißt. wegen Messer und Gabel Geld zu verlangen. Sie haben uns dann keins gegeben, und das hab ich bis jetzt bei jeden hotel bekommen von der Küche.

First impressions good, receptionist could not find our booking when found wrong details, thankfully had my doc's handy. Room adequate but cleaning not up to standard due to insufficient staff. Breakfast poor. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Hotel is well located, close to the beach, bars and shops. It has an overall vintage - dated look. A bus stop is just minutes away. Large room. The bed was comfortable with beautiful sea view. The price for the hotel is decent for what is paid. The breakfast it was ok. Cheese, tomato, Ham, oats, marmalade, milk, juices, cornflakes, bread, butter, scribbled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, coffee & tea The room carpet it's very dirty and old. The bathroom needs refurnished Thin walls, you can hear clearly the TV and the talks from the next room.

I stayed in there for two nights in October 2023. The hotel says its 3*. I doubt it falls into it - but the standard and quality of hotel is like 2 Star Hotel. The hotel was dirty (swimming pool, room, toilet and corridor) and not maintained adequately at all. It was filthy. Customer service was poor. One thing to remember is, the photos that you see in internet are very deceiving. Having reviewed the hotel reviews, I was hesitant to stay in this hotel but I stayed in because there was not other hotels available at the time of my booking. But If you can, I would suggest to avoid this hotel at any cost.

Has to be the first hotel in my life that i wouldn't recommend to anyone... Food wasnt good and if you are a vegetarian or vegan you only get cooked spaghetti with nothing on them... Also the Rooms are very underwhelming and the doors are way to fragile!

Probably the worst hotel in Cyprus. Very basic rooms, smelly and not clean. All facilities are outdated, Note: this hotel is not at the beach, in fact, it's small outdated swimming pool is exposed to surrounding neighbors windows... Under staffed, and the ones that are there, seemed not very professional. Never again.

Hotel is a bit dated, but the bed was very comfortable, cleaning staff very nice, but front of house staff the worst I have ever delt with, no manners and a bit rude, not a bad location to the beach, but because of the staff I won't stay there again. And I'm not a fussy person but when you have staff like that, it's not worth the hassle.

It was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, with a nice view to the swimming pool (from the room i stayed at) provided to the customers of the hotel. The location is good, it's close to the beach and there are some good shops nearby. The staff were nice, and there was housekeeping coming into our rooms to clean them. There is a little freezer and a TV provided with the rooms, as well as a balcony. The bathrooms have a bath/shower and multiple towels. The buffet was very nice, with many foods to choose from. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters were nice. The chef did a really good job on the food, it was lovely. I recommend this place to everybody!

I liked the hotel! Excellent Beach nearby, 3 minutes walk. There are also shops, good taverns, restaurants and good nightclubs nearby. The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel area is pleasant. The rooms look a little older than in the photo, but everything is neat and clean. One of the cones is that there is construction going on not far from the hotel, but in general this is not very noticeable since you don’t spend very much time in the room. Another small cone is that during my stay there were no entertainment events on site. To sum up, I can definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

Myself and my family have had a wonderful holiday and have stayed here fir the last two week's, all staff have been very welcoming and have helped with numerous questions throughout. See you again in the future

Absolut schlimmes Hotel. Schimmel im Badezimmer, unfreundliches Personal, gucken immer auf ihr Handy, Rezeptionist sagt nicht mal hallo zur Begrüßung und für neue Handtücher hat man 10 Euro dafür genommen. Wasser im Pool wurde nicht sauber gehalten und Beim Pool existiert nicht der grüne Kunstrasen, wie auf dem Bildern. Essen darf man sich auch nicht mit aufs Zimmer nehmen von draußen. Was zur Hölle? Die Bilder im Internet sehen viel schöner aus, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Einziger Pluspunkt: Ich habe meine Jacke vergessen, die man aufbewahrt hat.

the hotel has lost a bottle worth 61€ which belonged to me and they do nothing to refund it or give me a new one, it's scandalous!!!!! never seen Gautier Montagu.

Good hotel for it's money. Breakfast included. Food acceptable quality. Rooms are acceptable, have balconies. Parking available. Easy to find. 16 minutes from the centre.

A three star hotel. Old furnishing. Open buffet breakfast but, the eggs and the chips were obviously from the other day. If you’re going to stay for a night or 2, the price is good.

Not really “3star”, it’s old and in need of some thorough maintenance and renovation work, carpets are so dirty that the maids are forced to use insane amounts of disinfectant to cover the smell, which then leaves a chemical odour for the next day, even with the balcony door open…there was no menus for room service, even though the receptionist insisted that “it’s there”, there was instead a hairdryer that doesn’t work…there is no hot water at night or even on the morning, I was told it comes on “automatically” at 7 am, but at 9 it was still barely lukewarm, also the bathtub drain was clogged and the safe didn’t take my reprogramming effort no matter what I tried…the dinner buffet is awfully overpriced at 14€, especially when most of the poor selection is leftovers from at least 2 days ago …breakfast is ok, but the coffee is not worth drinking…all this and then a strict rule about “no outside drink or food”… service is friendly enough, but staff seems clearly frustrated with the poor conditions…I was not impressed by this one at all.

Just the worse hotel I’ve ever had. Without hot water in the late evening, without any sound isolation between rooms, with noisy neighbors and chaotic personnel, bad food and very poor furniture. It’s even no any shampoo or shower gel at bathroom. Also house-cleaning personnel are always annoying even if it’s “do not disturb”.

Very nice service (especially the old man who welcomed us on the night shift - his English is surprisingly good) Breakfast could be better - every day the same and it does not look like good quality food... Beautiful views and nice garden/swimming pool.

I wouldn’t say its a bad experience, the room was clean also the bathroom. But we stayed 2 nights and the room services never came to check the room. Not to forgot to w door inside the room to the next room was very uncomfortable and less Privacy. About food, for muslims there is no multi options.

It's basic. Rooms are daily cleaned there is also a fridge, AC, and tv. Employes are very friendly even tho their English is pretty basic but good enaf to communicate. Beach is close and so are restauranta, bars, .... It's not a luxury hotel so i don't recommend it to people with high standarts.

For a 3 star hotel the room was 5 star. The staff were friendly, and Yanis on reception was amazing, couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast had a vast selection for all tastes.

Breakfast is satisfactory. On weekdays, breakfast is served until 11:00 am. The bed linen is clean, but the condition of the rooms is poor. It has not been repaired for a long time. The reception served us within 10 minutes. There is a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower is good. Parking.

I have a lot of words for this hotel.. yeah you could say it's close to the sea and has an air con in the room but accept that everything else is very poor, the rooms okay was terrible with stains around the room and scratches to the walls, they don't even have the basic which is 1 fridge because it's crazy hot!!.. The room service is awful and the guys in front of the house not really happy about their job...I once called and ordered for 3 mineral waters and 1 sandwich and they said I must come down to get in myself because they had a lot of work to do. When I went down and I went to the bar to get some water the bar woman was speaking to me like she was dead..man if you don't love your work and you don't like to smile to people why are you in the front of the house place??...it felt like I was doing holidays with dead people around me, an unbelievable first time experience I dare say 😂

My son stayed here, only issue he had was they gave him 2 single beds instead of a double he then went and said he wants a double the next day they moved him he was then happy

Basic, no tea making facilities, booked all inc. The dinner was just about acceptable. The hotel hasnt been upgraded since built in the mid 90s. Breakfast was fine. Recommend b and b only.
