First time taking a vacation in Limassol and we were so impressed. The hotel was excellent, newly renovated so everything was nice and new.Our room was spacious and our bed so comfortable! The sea view was breathtaking! Brilliant location, lovely pool area, gorgeous private beach. Everything was so clean and the staff were amazing. We were lucky that it wasn't so busy yet so we loved the peace and quiet which we so needed. The food was delicious! Their snack bar salads are so fresh and tasty! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, everything your heart desires, from a selection of cheeses, of course freshly grilled Halloumi, eggs whichever style you like-the on the spot omelets were divine,, crispy bacon fresh fruit, a lovely array of French pastries....we will definitely visit again! Thank you so much ❤️

Probably the worst 4 star hotel ive been to in Limassol. Ive been going to Cyprus for 30 years and I must say that I was very disappointed with this hotel. On our arrival we were given a room with not enough beds so we had to sleep in separate rooms with my 9 year old and 4 year old. This was very disrespectful and disrupting for us as a family looking to relax on our first evening. The hotel was empty so a very silly and avoidable mistake. The hotel pool was empty and they never opened the hotel poor side bar so me and my family would be by the pool with no food or water. The staff would come down to take an order maybe once a day. some days they would never even bother coming down. When we questioned them about this they said that they would be more responsive but they were not and then we were also told that we could not eat by the pool which was an absolute joke. So we come on holiday to spend our hard earned cash and to be told we cant relax and eat pool side. I even popped into the next door hotel, Grand Hawaii to check and everyone was relaxing eating by the pool. The breakfast was stale and very poor. The service was bad. the only person who was great service was the girl in the spa and gym. I did not eat once in the whole 2 weeks in the breakfast which I paid for it was so bad. I will never recommend this hotel, and will never stay here gain. This hotel should be a 3 star, its no way a 4 star hotel. very poor!!!

Clean premises, and warm hospitability. Satisfied enough! Only negative point was the weak wifi that was inaccessible from the rooms, and the bedroom door's card mechanism that was constantly not working.

I wasn't feeling the self service bar and coffee café upstairs. I feel this needs to be a serviced facility and less attitude from front desk when walking in. A smile would have been appreciated.

I found this hotel wonderfully enjoyable. The highlight is the crystal clear pool with a perfect functuay to play at the sandy beach!! A little burger kiosk is there with fabulous burgers. Lovely lovely dining room service waiters. Great fresh breakfast. The rooms are nice. We had a sweet sea view. Maybe the ac could have been stronger. It's not top luxury though very good indeed. The pool was new and clean, as was the hotel itself, not a speck of dirt!!

The rooms were spacious and very nice, the staff were very professional and helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, the food was great, and there's even something for the cat lovers. I don't know why you'd come to Cyprus if you don't like cats

Beautiful sunsets in fabulous surroundings . Hotel and facilities were wonderful. Will definitely be returning. Hired a car and hiked up Mount Olympus, swam with turtles and sunbathed on gorgeous little beaches. Weather in November was perfect. Great food and relaxing atmosphere.

Great hotel, good location with its own private beach. Special mention to all the staff, great food and drinks. Can’t wait to visit again.

Went there to spend the day at the pool. Friendly environment, 3 pools. The small one for kids is convenient and up to 50cm only. Prices are within reason and you can have food for 10-14 euros. Easy access to the beach and there are places with shadow to spend your lunchtime

Very clean and specious rooms. Beautiful public areas. Poor buffet, better try a la carte restaurant. In the room i stayed there was problems in the bathroom. Reception personnel could have been more polite

Location beside the beach wonderful for vacation and relaxing . I recommend.....far from downtowntown ap 20 minutes by bus. Service and food era good...rooms need to be much cleaner and generous in putting basic things tourist needs .

We had a great time the staff is exceptional and very attentive , the room was very nice and the food exquisite ,we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner.

Lovely hotel. Lovely room. Lovely food Lovely staff. Loved the beach. The pool. Everything. My only feedback would be, as it was late in the season, there was no entertainment which was missed after dinner. I don’t know if you normally have entertainment in the summer months? Also whilst I came with Tui, no sight nor sound of a Tui Rep. Other reps came to the hotel but not Tui, which was very disappointing, especially as we had issues with industrial action at the airport and begs delayed by days. I will be taking this up with Tui. Recommend this hotel.

My friend and I reported that our shower was leaking from what looked like underneath the bath tub. The person on reception said that it would get sorted. That night and for the remains of our stay our shower continued to leak so clearly wasn't looked at. We asked to move rooms but we were told no so we had essentially a wet room rather then a bathroom for the week. Other then that we had a great time. Buffet breakfast was amazing!

It was just good and not any better as there were not enough staff to cater guests..struggled to get tables for breakfast and had to almost clean one ourselves to seat down! Disappointed!

Not a 4-star. More like 2 star. Poor aircon in rooms. When I asked for water at night reception said “the bar is closed”. Restaurant is very strange, and not in a good way. Barely any other guests.

We had our welcome dinner here and they were so accommodating. Lisa was incredible to work with and everyone was so flexible. Food and location by the beach was excellent.

Elias beach is my favourite hôtel in Limassol. I live in Cyprus and have been coming to this hotel since 2015 om a regular basis. The hotel is very comfortable, the pools are clean, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Smaller than I thought which turned out better. Has its own private beach. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Food quite good. Staff amazing, especially astra and Gabrielle. Highly recommended.

I have spent the last three weeks in the Elias whilst on business and it has been absolutely delightful. Everything has been great but the shining star is certainly the staff - bar, cleaning, pool and restaurant staff are so helpful and warm, which has made being away from home (UK) much nicer. I turned up on the very morning it reopened (and then Cyprus went into lockdown) and so, of course, many of the normal restaurants etc have not been open but the choice of food for breakfast and at the dinner has always been great. Covid measures are properly followed here and the staff are very good at reminding other guests to wear their masks around the hotel. I have been in other hotels in the area and this is not the case everywhere. The facilities are great (of those I have seen) and the walks along the sea to work have been wonderful. I suspect the rooms have been recently renovated. They are very large and clean, with a comfy bed and a great sofa area. Balconies are private - which is great. I'm certain in non-covid/lockdown scenarios this is an even more fabulous place to get away to on holiday too.

Had a wonderful experience, very content hopefully I can return to this beach in the near future. Wish there was nearer access to wash sand off feet. The grounds are beautiful.

Very welcoming beach hotel. Choice of Beach access and swimming pools. Kids really loved it. Team is very multicultural and speak so many languages! Nice terrace overlooking the pools, gardens, and sea. Family room was great with separate space for the kids. Buffet breakfast with live stations, Indoor and outdoor seating, Cypriot and International range of foods.
