Have been friends with Angie, Theo and Alki for the past 5 years and have never been treated so well. Unfortunately due to the drunken ramblings of another guest it has not been portrayed in this way. The locals are what makes this place and make everyone feel welcome... I suggest this person goes back to Butlins where they will feel more at home!!!

Legendary bar with the warmest welcome. This is a great place to stay or stop by for some food and a few drinks. The local nightlife is great with a couple of nightclubs a short walk away. It’s just off the coast road making it really easy to find and it’s location is perfect for exploring the rest of the city.

I strongly disagree with Amanda’s review, my husband and I have been coming to the Tycoon for 5 years. Absolutely love it here mainly because of the owners. Angie and Theo and Alkis are the nicest, kindest people you could ever meet. As for the night of the wedding, absolutely had the best time and all of the people were great. Absolutely love it here and Theo is the best. Love his sense of humour, Angie, Theo and Alkis keep doing what you do, xxxxxxx

Arrived on my own for my daughter's wedding . I was totally looked after by these lovely people . Lovely rooms . Lovely pool but most of all fantastic owners and staff . Will definitely be revisiting. Class place

This was at least our 5th stay. We have tried upmarket hotels and expensive apartments in Limassol and we always end up having our last night here. Then we wish we had just booked the whole trip there instead. Feels like a second home. Special people and a special place for us and the location is 100 times better than being near the Marina for shops, bars and restaurants.

Great location. The owners are lovely I've had a great time when stay there. They have recently renovated their apartments and look very nice from their website.

For the price we paid, you can't go wrong. On a lads weekend and stayed one night. Really nice lady served us for breakfast, food was good, room was fine, somewhere to crash for the night.

Made a reservation 2 days ago, today we arrive the place is just closed. After reply from owner: I called and they said “Okay, reserved”. So reservation was made over the phone.

Clean studios, but other than that it is so noisy. They charge you 6 Euros a day for the air-conditioning and 1 Euro for the safe. Swimming pool is so small. However, the location is practical
