Absolute damage! We wanted to have a splendid unforgettable wedding anniversary at the hotel but NONE I said NONE of the restaurants were open! Ridiculous! Why you even advertise the restaurants then ?! Also we would like to say a huge Thank you for David and the team, who is the best concierge I've ever met . He went the extra mile and managed to get a table for us in an overbooked place. It would be very appreciated if the website is up to date to avoid further complains .

Service has to improve! It started great: this is a beautiful property and as Platinum Elite members we were upgraded to an amazing suite, BUT!!!! Service has to improve here: We were greeted with a plate of fruit but some of the fruit were rotten… and upon request was replaced. And the next morning , even tough it was completely wrapped and sealed, housekeeping simply took it…. housekeeping: they didn’t fill in on the basic amenities! One had to call several times in order to have things replaced. We had to call and ask specifically in order to get new coffee capsules and clean coffee cups as they didn’t replace them routinely . Breakfast: it’s a terrible experience. The hotel is very busy and it seems they are understaffed. They couldn’t keep up with the turnover, and so many tables were left with dirty dishes while people were waiting to get a table. Once you were seated it was almost impossible to get service, it took forever to get a cup of coffee not to mention an omelette. After several calls to customer service we were lucky to get Michael the manager who heard us at length and made the rest of our stay great. This is a luxury hotel but things need to improve! If there is an adult only wing, with a separate pool, there should be an option for a separate quieter breakfast. Housekeeping should improve to the expected level of such a resort hotel.

➕In general, the hotel is good. It looks newly refurbished. There are several areas with swimming pools, so there is enough space to relax with less people. Territory is with beautiful landscape design. ➖But there was one minus for us. We lived there for one week and were with a newborn child, so we wanted to walk with her along the sea along the path at the hotel area. But unfortunately this path is not at all well looked after - there is sand on it and water constantly flows from the hotel from watering the plants and there is a puddle on it. Walking with a stroller in the evening after the restaurant is not very pleasant and comfortable. With such high prices for rooms, this zone could be took with care too, for hotel visitors could walk along the sea in comfort.

Resort is gorgeous and the staff is exceptional- so helpful. The many pools are amazing and provide something for everyone. The restaurants on site are some of the best and the morning breakfast is perfect. The pool staff is there to meet all of your needs. Everyone is very accommodating. The only issue I had was the stain in the middle of the carpet of my room. Otherwise my stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this resort.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. It’s big, modern, stylish, super clean and has a very nice atmosphere. Our room is spacious with a big bathroom, comfy bed, big tv, sofa, outdoor seating and gorgeous ocean view. Turn down service is provided too. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Their buffet breakfast is huge. Halloumi was delicious! We also dined at 2 of their restaurants in the property. Great food and experience. Customer service was excellent. A surprised complimentary fruit platter and a bottle of champagne were sent to our room just because they made a small error while picking us up at the airport. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will return. Hopefully next year!

This was hands down the absolute best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at — yes, the facilities are fantastic and on par with what you would expect of a hotel of this caliber, but the difference really was the level of care and service that every single employee took. From the concierge personally handling a stressful missed luggage situation (everyone from the bellman to the front check in were aware, and when they finally arrived, everyone couldn’t wait to tell us!) to the people at breakfast recognizing us and all the members of our extended party, arranging for us to have an odd numbered table to accommodate us comfortably. It really is fantastic and I’d stay here again and again.

This Marriott property lives up to its name as a luxury collection resort. The location is just steps from the beach and Mediterranean with multiple onsite pools and restaurants. The staff are friendly and always available to assist with your every need.

A disappointing experience. While the hotel is well kept, rooms are good and facilities are overall good, it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of food and service. This hotel tries to market itself as a luxury hotel but fails at simple things like table service, room service of housekeeping requests. The music is so loud that at 1am, with windows shut, we were not able to sleep. Calling the hotel staff didn't help, no one seems to care much. Forget about going for dinner at the main restaurant - we waited for out dessert for over half an hour (in an empty restaurant) and decided to leave at some point as we got fed up with waiting. Again, no one seemed to care at all. Way overpriced for this level of service.

Based on the experience I had there, I can’t rate it less than 5-star. Staff members were very friendly and instant to get our order or anything we needed. The view is spectacular, with nice vibe from the pool areas and the beach side. My only comment is on the interior design of the hotel. I find it a bit off on the colours combinations and furniture selection. They don’t really match together like there is more than one designer got involved and never agreed on opinions. Maintenance and housekeeping needed on public spaces as a few areas on furniture were stained (with old stains and rust).

we booked the hotel because of the good reviews, the beautiful beach location and the indoor pool. At first, the facility made a beautiful modern impression. Our room was large and we were given a welcome snack. When we went to explore the outdoor area we were very disappointed. No sunbeds, no chairs, only empty areas and pools. The only place to sit outside was the terrace/bar which had a view of the sea but also a huge construction site. The hotel is nice in the main season but not now and especially not at the price. The indoor pool is to small. Remember: you can not use the outdoor area, so the indoor pool area was most of the time full of kids. No possibility to swim…

An excellent resort with amazing staff. After traveling with my grandmother on three flights, it was a relief to have reached such an outstanding resort. The staff was delightful, and the resort amenities were just as they were described. Our room was upgraded to a sea-view room, when my grandmother’s platinum elite status was recognized. The resort restaurants provided high quality food, and were able to prepare gluten free items upon request. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay at this gorgeous property.

Park Lane is perfect. Many friends and relatives have stayed at this hotel. I have visited many times, it is perfect. Location is not in the centre of town, you need a car to travel. But it is near another two fantastic hotels, and there are plenty to do around the hotel.

Beautiful property with a nice spa, but fails it's fundamental job of providing a decent place to sleep. Their open air beachfront restaurant plays loud music until midnight on weekdays and blasts it at nightclub levels on weekends until 3:30am, so if you're assigned a room facing the restaurant, forget any hope of getting a quiet night's rest.

I was truly impressed with this resort. The view of the sea was lovely, and everything was sparkling clean. The building itself is ornate but modern. The room was perfectly comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful to us. I could tell the employees have been very well trained because they spoke a surprisingly large number of languages and they were knowledgable about the island's history and archeological sites. The resort has many services available, but there are too many to list. It was really a great trip.

We got married at Parklane Resort on July 7th this year and our guests and us stayed there for the week, the hotel is gorgeous and gives you no reason to leave, with beautiful restaurants. Some staff can be a bit cold however Nicole from Poolside service was a standard for my family and my now husband and I, she took such good care of us, made sure we were always okay and had everything we needed. Her service was excellent and she made our stay memorable, most days we decided to lounge by the pool because of Nicole, she deserves to be promoted, she really does an excellent job of making guests feel at home and creating good memories. I hope next time we visit your establishment, Nicole has been promoted because she absolutely deserves it! Thank you for everything Nicole, we miss you!

We enjoyed it a lot. The stuff are the most service-oriented I ever met. The food at the default restaurant is just amazing (buffet dinners are probably better than the payed restaurants options and with huge selection). Lots of facilities around pools, beach front, jim and a very nice kids club which the kids insisted visiting again and again even after tiring full-day activities elsewhere.

One of the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at. Amazing grounds and facilities, large pools with enough spaces for all the guests even during high occupancy days. The property opened few years ago and features great sea-view room with high-level amenities. Breakfast offers hundreds of different items and it's always refilled. Definitely a must when looking for accomodation in the area. Can't wait to be back!

Great hotel. We spent a family weekend there during the Limassol Marathon. The staff was very friendly. We were even upgraded to a seaside view which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is quite luxurius. The room and public spaces are excellent. There was some renovation going on in the pool area but that was not an issue as we visited in the winter. The breakfast was great, with so many options that I cannot imagine anyone would be disappointed. Breakfast coffee was great too. The room itself was quite big, comfortable even for the four of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The bathroom was well designed, and included a shower and bathtub with a separate door, and a toilet with its own door too, which is very practical when you have 4 people sharing the room. There is good parking space, some of it underground. We visited when it was not crowded so I am not sure if there is enough space for everyone during high season time. Finally, if you are vacationing with kids, they have a good entertainment park too. They advertise it as the largest kids park in a hotel in Europe. Probably it is. Their outdoor toys are very nice and will keep your kids busy for a while. Indoor activities are also available and I imagine they would keep smaller kids interested for at least a few days.

We had a nice stay, but quite a few things about the property were very disappointing: - The ongoing construction throughout the hotel was very disruptive and not advertised on the website or mentioned anywhere. The construction was adjacent to one of the pools meaning you heard, smelled and saw the construction all day from that pool. Another construction site was ongoing at one of the restaurants, meaning that restaurant was closed and balcony views included a construction site. There was also ongoing construction somewhere inside the hotel where we heard extremely loud noises, almost like a jackhammer, in our hotel room for many hours on all week days. - Restaurant staffs were not good. I feel bad saying this, but it is some of the worst service I have received and for no clear reason. Restaurant staffs seemed confused and were extremely slow in bringing anything requested - drinks, ketchup, menus, etc. Same went for the breakfast buffet - the food was extensive and good, but coffee service was extremely slow. - The hotel was/if flying a Russian flag which seems extremely inappropriate during current events. - On a positive note, the kids club was nice as were the pools. The lobby staff (reception and concierge personnel) were wonderful and very helpful. The lobby is also beautiful.

As a family of 4, we have stayed in different resorts across and in particular have visited both Sani and Ikos in Greece on numerous occasions however in this instance as our children are a little nit older we decided we could try something different that would also allow us to eat at different restaurants outside of the hotel. We were recommended to the hotel via a friend and our travel agent also said its very good, we looked it up online and whilst the photos looked decent, we decided to go with it........all I will say is the existing photos online don't do the resort justice! When we arrived, unfortunately my case didn't and the hotel were great, we had an apple tag in it and they were chasing up for it to help get it here quicker once we knew it had arrived in the country. The reception staff, the concierge, the pool people, the restaurant staff, throughout everyone was a pleasure to deal with and so accommodating. I had a run in with a lady in the shop by the pool about a pair of goggles that snapped within 24 hours (I am not even sure this is part of the hotel), however she saw common sense and backed down and agreed to replace them. The rooms were lovely and big (we have stayed at Four Seasons before and we went to eat there and look at the rooms), we were delighted we made the right choice as the rooms (interconnecting we had) were more spacious and felt much nicer. I have seen people moan that the pool needs repairing, there are a few small tiles out and some mastic needed down the middle, however how can the hotel do that in the middle of Summer, it would shut the pool for a number of days, this does not stop anyone's enjoyment and caused us no issues what so ever. The Sushi restaurant just by the reception is off the charts, this is some of the best Sushi we have ever eaten and was the best by far. There are lots of other delicious restaurants onsite including LPM, the only one we felt was not worth it was the evening buffet that we went to once and decided it was over priced for what it was. In fairness to the hotel, I did raise this with them and they were extremely appreciative and took action which was very much appreciated. Sometimes during the day as Nammos Beach club was just downstairs to the pool and every so often the music was buzzing and it gave a great vibe around the pool. We went to a number of other restaurants that were all a cab ride away and what we would do was ask the hotel to arrange a cab for us to take us to the place (which I normally paid for on card, although on a couple of occasions i could put this on my room) and then we would use the app Bolt to bring us back to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone with kids and we will be going back again in the future

We really enjoyed our stay and a nice compliment from the hotel for my birthday. 🎂 The spacious room boasted a wonderful view, and the modern gym was a highlight, providing a refreshing workout experience. While the breakfast was enjoyable, a wider dessert selection and quicker coffee service could enhance the experience. The policy of waiter-only coffee service might need reconsideration for a smoother guest experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the array of amenities added a luxurious touch to the stay. The heated salted pool and impressive SPA were standouts, although a few non-functional chairs in the SPA's rest area were noted. Booking a spa treatment allowed access to the steam room and sauna, a nice inclusion. The presence of two tennis courts added to the recreational options. While the Gallery restaurant's sushi was tasty, the pricing felt slightly higher than expected for its quality. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, with Marios standing out for making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Overall, despite a few minor areas for improvement, I rate this hotel 5 stars. The positives far outweighed the quirks, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Very nice rooms and clean. Nice beachclub and good service at lobbybar . Very attentive staff at reception and nice upgrades for Bonvoy status members. The concierge team is worst I had in a luxury collection so far they do not really care. And do not follow up. For me second best Hotel on the island behind Four Seasons.

The best hotel in have stayed in Limassol. The service is amazing, the rooms could have been a bit more renovated but overall was impressive especially with their smart touch screen. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and always there when you need them. The breakfast is on another level and the gallery restaurant was not bad at all

We had the most amazing experience from the moment we stepped out of our taxi until the moment we left! Every single member of this hotel staff should be proud of themselves because they go above and beyond for every single guest!!!!!!! Christos welcomed us with the most hospitable welcome and handed each one of our children memorable toys that they treasured for the entire stay! Barbara walked us through the transfer of our rooms as well as every member of the front desk team! We are so delighted we chose Parklane as our destination!!!!! We will be back! Shoutout to Christos for really taking care of us and truly securing a guest for the future!

The hotel as a whole was nice and the staff were great. The pool area could use more chairs, beds and especially umbrellas. There is not much around the hotel within walking distance and the hotel dining was very expensive.

Unfortunately we will not be staying at this hotel again. The breakfast offering is extremely poor, especially for a 5 star hotel: if you stay during the busier months you'll be waiting 15 minutes to get a table, and a further 30 minutes to get some tea or coffee. The food quality is poor, and the egg station is over crowded (I stood in line for 20 minutes to get an omelette, which was full of black particles from the old pan being used to make it). The breakfast tables are always dirty and the staff are too busy (there is simply not enough of them) to make breakfast an enjoyable experience. We started having breakfast at the four seasons instead (even though we'd paid in full for the park lane) and you simply cannot compare - the four seasons was such a wonderful experience and we wish we had stayed there. In general, the cleanliness, room amenities, food quality and general management of the park lane are not akin to that of a 5 star hotel. The hotel management need to seriously evaluate all the issues present at this hotel (I could go on and on). We will be staying at the Four Seasons or Amara on our next visit to Cyprus.

The hotel is an excellent 5 star hotel with multiple pools and areas for the guests to relax. Their beach is secluded and you can swim in the sea too. The staff is very friendly and we attend an event where one of the waitress Eleni was one of the best hostess I have met. She was meticulous, attentive, and friendly all the same time. All the best!

I really liked the hotel. Spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, good gym. The hotel has two chic restaurants, French and Greek. Well-equipped beach, large spa center. And the best part is a very cool children's club, with interesting entertainment programs.

Can’t say enough good things about the hotel! The facilities were beautiful and clean. So many pools and restaurant options. The spa was incredible too. We especially enjoyed LPM restaurant. The food was top notch and service even more amazing. We would definitely want to come back to Parklane and explore Limassol / the city more.

We had an amazing experience. The rooms are amazing. The parking service was done by the hotel staff is great. Food is amazingly good. The location is easy to find.. All the facilities are amazing. We will definitely come to stay again.

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes drive from the centre of Limassol. Larnaca airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car. The hotel is located on the outskirts of town. There are no shops or restaurants in the immediate area. The rooms are very spacious and completely renovated. I had a room with a sea view and a large balcony. The bathroom was very large and had a shower with separate bath. The furnishings are very high quality. Cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was okay, although I expected a little more from a 5* hotel. Could offer a little more choice in this area. The hotel offers a brand new gym with indoor pool (the water was a bit cold) and sauna. Outside, there are two large pools (freshwater and saltwater).

Extremely unprofessional, they messed up our booking twice and made us change rooms twice because of their incompetent staff. They only present you with problems and stress you out and asks you to find a solution yourself. Ever time we try to let go and relax they come up with another issue. Not worth the money you will leave the hotel way more stressed than the time you entered. Run away not luxury at all!

Amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are well decorated and equipped, great breakfast. The kids club is the best I've ever seen, great experience for the kids. Beautiful pools and service (Thank you Napa from the dining room) 2 problems are the prices of the restaurants and bars (they expect very rich customers with their overpriced products) and the temperature of the indoor pool (too cold for swim)

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional service and professionalism that I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. While every aspect of my visit was delightful, I am especially grateful for the way you handled a problem that was completely beyond your control. Despite the situation not being your fault, you went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Many thanks for Vakis & ParkLane team.

What an amazing place. We travelled in the winter with our 1.5 year old boy and it was so lovely. The hotel lobby and the rooms smell so nice and everything is immaculately clean. The view from the room was beautiful and the bed the fluffiest and the sheets the softest! Big bathroom with rain shower (and bath tub). The breakfast had so many options I couldn’t believe it, the freshest food and the most delicious fruit. They will cook omelettes for you on the spot. The grounds are gorgeous and really beautifully kept and the service was very friendly and professional. They have a dedicated space for children on the grounds which I am sure is amazing in the summer with a pool and a bouncy castle! We used the soft play room and it was ok - not the biggest and I would have preferred less plastic toys but I am being really picky here! The staff here were lovely too. Overall I couldn’t fault the hotel and I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you 😊

It is a really nice hotel with many services available. Price is indeed not that cheap (for the one who just want to sleep), but with all the service and quality it is a really good price! It is really perfect for a staycation for solo, couple, and family. The only thing that is less handy for me is it's a bit far to the city center. But there's of course taxi and public bus which stops next to the main gate of the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel. One star off because of the loud music on the beach! The rooms were very clean. The pools and beach as well. We ate at the Lanes Restaurant every day. Amazing food and excellent service. Big thanks for Nikolas and Sotiria for taking care of us and our kids in such a professional and kind way..

You can say that for what it is - it is doing pretty great. This kind of vacation of beach and pools and heat are not my kind of thing, but the overall stay was great. The beach is right by the hotel. The food is great. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. I whish there were more stores and places to sit near by outside the hotel, but the nearest place is a walking distance of 1.3 km.

There are not enough words in any dictionary to explain the true meaning of Cypriot hospitality compliments of this superb and luxurious resort in Limassol. One would say I’m exaggerating about how perfect this resort is but having travelled around the world and experiencing top notch hotels, there’s nothing fiction in this review. Let’s start off at the reception. We were greeted by a wonderful and very helpful lady named Espaniola, who went out of her way to explain everything in detail and showed great enthusiasm of her job. I later found out that she’s new to the hotel and I must that she is highly recommended to be the first contact of the hotel guests. At the reception, another very helpful and kind gentleman named Constantinos who was very responsive to a query I had concerning my BonVoy membership. He solved my problem in a matter of two minutes. Thank you once again. We were given room number 355 which was right next to the elevator and when entering we got a very pleasant surprise and a warm welcome note accompanied by a selection of sweets and Prosecco. The room was extraordinarily spacious, clean and loaded with luxury amenities from the Bulgari collection. I must say that even the bed was comfortable and in the morning when we woke up, we felt very refreshed and looking forward for the top rated breakfast. We were greeted upon arrival at Lanes restaurant on the lower floor and directed to the table of our choice. The breakfast selection was almost infinite to satisfy all culinary requests. The waiters were very responsive and made sure we had everything we desired concerning our beverages. What astonished us even more was the welcoming gesture from Chef Stelios who as we noticed visited all the tables and served everyone a great and delicious Greek Bougatsa. When he came to our table, he offered us this delicacy and asked us if we request anything else. This is like the finishing touch of a great work of art, the Chef’s interaction with the guests. Thank you too Stelios. After breakfast we visited the Kalloni spa to book treatments and we chose to do the thalassotherapy which as we found out it is only done in Israel and the Parklane Resort & Spa in Limassol. I want to express my gratitude to Vasilis who guided us through the whole experience and explained all the procedure in detail. When we finished the treatment, we were taken to the relaxing rooms, offered fresh mountain tea and a vast selection of fruits. A big thank you to Vasilis. I dont want to forget to thank Natalia from guest relations and basically everyone that contributed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I really hope that the management and staff carry on doing their utmost best and look forward for our next visit. Well done!!

Parklane is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful location. Wide beaches that are far enough on the edge of the city that you are less likely to be interrupted by tourists. There is a lovely french restaurant on the location with delicious food that is easily booked through the concierge. Highly recommended for stay. Housekeeping and room service are hit or miss but shouldn't be too much of a detraction for a lovely stay Limassol.

A very nice property… immaculately clean and very well done. I would absolutely return here if I found myself In Limassol again. The best part about the experience was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally welcoming, polite, friendly and gracious… they went out of their way to ensure you had a fantastic experience… especially David the head concierge… he is a real asset to the property. We enjoyed the many dining options as well. A top location in which to enjoy.
