Lawsuit or swimming pool? We have been renting the apartment for 18 months in this building. The stay was quite good even though we had problems with electricity every two months, it was attempt to steal my scooter on the territory with total security and the roof was totally unprepared for the winter. But all amazing stories started to happen after we had moved out. It took three months to get any calculations, they were totally wrong. Oh, by the way, do not expect any appropriate attitude to you. The marketing manager is rude and disrespectful. Swimming pool is good looking, but it doesn't cost EUR1500, lawyer's time and your own nerves.

Technically a very convenient spot. With no spirit at all at the site and the whole area. A good accommodation solution for people with no expectations.
