We stayed for a family vacation in mid August. The hotel is great, with two big pools, a lovely beach and a vast garden - there were a lot of guests but it never felt crowded. We loved the bar on the pool, it was fun to have a drink in the water. The beach was very close by and comfortable to reach. Water sports were a lot of fun. The service and crew were absolutely fantastic. We are vegans and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we have a large selection of vegan meals and options. The service was extremely generous and everyone were super nice and helpful. The vegan restaurant by the beach was brilliant and tasty (shout out to Alexa and chef Elias). The kids club and activities were simply a delight. We enjoyed our staying very very much and can't wait to go back.

A five star luxury hotel with stylish rooms, swimming pool and all the amenities of a five star hotel. Unobstructed views towards the marina (owned by the hotel) and the deep blue sea. Just outside the building, the sandy beach and the quietness of the hotel's location offer visitors an unforgettable experience.

Please do not be fooled by these reviews and the write ups from jet2 holidays and on this website and probably many more agents selling this hotel , this is a 2-3 star hotel at best Myself, girlfriend and daughter stayed here in August . We had 7 nights booked we stayed the first night and left to another hotel further down . We had an executive pool room because of the so called separate room and bed , which turned out to be metal bunk beds bolted to to wall next to the entrance door( not very child friendly ) this actually resembled a prison cell , the shower was so old and dated it looked like it was fitted 30:years ago , with a dirty shower curtain, the bed sheets had a stain on them and were ripped , our exclusive sun beds had stains all over them and cat hairs . We ate there the first night and the handles were even falling off the serving dishes 😂. I spoke to the manager the next morning when we were checking out . She was pleasant enough and did offer us another room . She didn’t offer us our money back for the remaining six nights we wouldn’t be staying there though But it wasn’t just about the room it was the whole package and experience that night , no way could I put up with such a place or expect my family too . I’m not a snob who expects the red carpet treatment I am a roofer by trade who works hard all year and I just wanted a nice relaxing break in a nice hotel . They are miss selling this place to the point of false advertising . I tried to get the money back for the nights I didn’t stay there through Jet2holidays but have had no luck with them even though they sell this hotel as a 4.5 star resort in there luxury hotel collection. It would be funny if it wasn’t so serious and cost me another £1900 to stay somewhere decent. Hopefully the photos I took and tried to attach will appear in this review so you can see for yourselves. Excellent experience- first time solo trip. All staff ,without exception, couldn’t have done more to accommodate me. Reception, restaurant and bar staff were very friendly, professional and so helpful. Room well appointed, clean and spacious. Very comfortable. They even tried to find me a shallow pillow to help me have a good nights sleep.

Service was amazing. We were treated by Niki at the reception when checking in and she was really really polite and helpful. In general, staff seemed happy and willing to help anytime. The hotel and the faculties themselves, are quite old. A good renovation is well needed. Rooms are relatively small for 5-star and having no bathtub was a disappointment

Good location. Most likely a good place for family vacation. Good pools & facilities, incl beach. Room and building quality is not a 5* property. Everything is old and dated - fitting for 3* or 4* hotel. Service is non existent - you can be a sole customer in a bar & the staff will just ignore you for 20 mins.

Good all around, with the following details: great very large green area to relax and walk and play and tan, very nice sandy beach, room cleaning a bit below average, good and varied breakfast, restaurants are on the expensive side which removes some value for money. Very good and highly dedicated animation staff. Some new reception staff are not well trained. Gym and spa are very good as well. So 4.5 stars.

Sehr gutes Hotel! Wir wurden als größere Familie mit mehreren Kindern immer gut und freundlich betreut, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Managerin ist eine tolle und sehr nette Frau! Immer wieder gerne! Danke

We went for a spa day that we booked and paid 15days upfront. When we went there they couldn't find the reservation (although we called a day before for confirmation). While we were trying to relax at the pool, we receive a call from the hotel informing us that they wanted the printed receipt. Overall there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication. Furthermore, the bathrobes provided were worn out and full of holes, not something you except from a 5star hotel. Staff was polite but the overall experience was not what we expected. Would not recommend.

I purchased Day pass, that includes visits to sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, indor salt water pool, outdoor pools, sunbed & towel. Absolutely perfect experience, beautiful pools outside, amazing service and facilities inside. Only thing my friend and I minded were kids (10 of them in today's case) that were shouting, jumping in the pool and took up space in jacuzzi, although it's specifically written that kids under 13 should not go into jacuzzi. Maybe a tighter security and more checks of that area would be good. Kids under 13 have nothing to do in SPA area. Orher than that - perfect service, will visit again.

I had great experience while hosting our corporate event in St. Raphael Resort. It was a group of 250 PAX In 2016. Unforgettable experience of taking part in their kitchen for traditional indian counter setup was awesome feeling. Thank you chef and the entire crew.

Some of the service staff were obviously not happy, with long working hours and lack of people. The noise at night coming from the lobby is very high, even at midnight couldn’t sleep because of it! The bathrooms of the pools are not clean. The beach is not private, anyone can enter to the hotel without anyone noticing, and the food was not 5 star material…!

We have visited St Raphael every year for the past 8 years. Every time we get exceptional service. This year in particular we were looked after by Polly a member of the dining experience team. She was funny, helpful and overall hugely accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the St Raphael resort and would highly recommend it. The resort is located in Limassol, about 5 mins drive after the Amathous archaeological site and directly on the beach. The resort is family friendly with a kids club and activities daily which mine enjoyed. There are a few restaurants to choose from and the Captain's bar overlooking the sea. The room we stayed in was the marina view which had a large balcony and plenty of space for a family. The staff were very friendly and helped with recommendations when asked. There are two main pools to choose from and a third in the Spa area. If you are staying in the tower, there is a fourth with private access. The spa facilities were also good with a variety of services which we took advantage of. I would recommend the aromatherapy massage. There are pool loungers available and by the sea as well. If you like water sports, I would recommend the jet-skis by the beach section next to the marina. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend the resort to others.

After a long break we returned to find all the rooms refurbished and restaurants added. Our stay has been magical and relaxing plus great weather over Easter most days. The kids love the pool, beach and food. All inclusive is best value as it can all mount up with thirsty kids and adults! The staff haven’t changed. We were welcomed like long lost friends and pampered superbly. It’s not the best of Spas but jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym are free and open to all.

I'm delighted to share our wonderful experience at St. Raphael Resort in Limassol. Our summer vacation was truly memorable, thanks to the excellent service provided. A special mention goes to Andreas, who meticulously arranged our holiday package and explained all the details thoroughly during the booking process. Though there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the all-inclusive package during check-in, Mr. Slava and Ms. Niki swiftly addressed the issue and even refunded us the amount for the unused all-inclusive services by the time of our check-out. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The entertainment team at the resort deserves a shoutout as well. They kept us engaged with their fantastic activities, ensuring we stayed active and entertained throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, adding an extra layer of comfort to our vacation. All in all, our stay at St. Raphael Resort was marked by great service, efficient problem-solving, and enjoyable entertainment. We look forward to returning for another exceptional getaway.

I don't usually do reviews but we recently got back from a great family holiday. I don't think the pictures do the hotel justice. We were all inclusive and have never been to an all-inclusive hotel that does such good food and drinks that are served in proper sized glasses with branded spirits. All very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Would recommend.

Checked in really quickly after a fault on our Tui aircraft. Room was was spotless and had a lovely sea view and perfect for the sunset later on. They kept the breakfast buffet open later for us as we were all late to check in and there was lots of choice and plenty of seating. The grounds were immaculately kept and the staff were very friendly.

It was official trip and the stay was perfect. The resort has so many services to offer. Beach towels , bar, shopping area , different restaurants. 5 nights of stay in Limassol and more than half of my time i stayed in the hotel and I do not regret as the of sea sun and sky was mesmerising.

Lovely hotel at far end of limassol. Beautiful gardens leading down to private beach. Soft silky sand. All inclusive well worth it as food & drink good quality especially Splash for lunch. Staff all incredibly helpful and friendly everywhere in the hotel so can't really single anyone out.. well maybe the bar staff in captains rest bar, a classy venue, Monday night jazz was soooo good. Love saxophone.

A lovely, impressive all-inclusive hotel. Staff were excellent and facilities such as the two pools, bars and restaurants all clean and well kept. Some restaurants were not available and the suite, while having excellent sea views, was starting to look tired and in need of upgrading. The private beach was lovely as were the extensive gardens. The adjacent Thai restaurant, The Golden Monkey, which you pay for, was excellent. There were also plenty of organised activities and the spa treatments and massages, while pricey, were worth it. If you go be sure to walk/run along the coastal path to find other hotels and beach restaurants. Glorious sunsets Iver the city were best enjoyed with a cocktail! Overall, a lovely stay in a location some way out of Limassol, with fantastic weather for October!

Wonderful location, with amazing staff, great amenities, a peaceful and nice beach and a good location. Ate at most of the restaurants at the resort, never disappointed. Splash was wonderful, the outdoor dinners were amazing, Captain's Bar was relaxing with great cocktails and that's just a small selection. Had the chance to see a on-premise Cypriot dance troupe. They were amazing. The private beach was very welcome and never too busy.

Stayed here for our honeymoon for a week. Here early May so start of the season. What a place, there were a few things not open yet but that didn't effect the holiday at all. Cocktails are fantastic, staff are brilliant, nothing is too much. Views are fantastic. It's all brilliant, I can't recommend it enough. Just to confirm I am in my early 60s so I like the easy life, sitting by the pool drinking cocktails..

Had my wedding there! The comments from both our families were overwhelmingly good! Everyone was so excited about the venue, the food and the flow of the events that were all so perfectly planned! Thank you again for a lovely experience!

Random stay After the flight was canceled, I spent one night at this hotel. I was very pleased with the good organization and the whole protocol at the hotel. That I wanted to come here on vacation. My compliment, greetings and thanks!

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I was there for a conference - the Panorama room is beautiful and we received all the help we could have asked for. The buffet offered a wonderful variety and was delicious!

My wife treated me to a weekend stay at St Raphael for my birthday and the hotel did not disappoint at all. From the moment we entered the resort, Vagelis (the manager) knew who we were without introduction, was really friendly and knowledgable, gave us some lemonade, bottle of wine in the room and we were lucky enough to get a room upgrade! It's clean, tidy and is in an excellent location. Although we hired a car for our stay, nothing was more than a 10 minute drive away. The staff are really attentive and I'm not sure if it's due to being a quiet period, but everything we asked for was there with no waiting around. The onsite restaurant services are faultless like the hotel. Good food, generous portions and reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend a stay here.

I had an appointment at the spa, but unfortunately, I left disappointed because the girl at the reception (with dark hair, I think he name is Christina) was VERY rude! It is not allowed for a 5 star hotel to have such service.

24th September 2022 Our stay at the St Raphael resort was perfect. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very well thought out. They were spacious and had excellent views. The pools and facilities were fantastic. We never had a bad meal and the cocktails at the Captain's Bar were pretty special! All of the staff members were friendly and kind. They showed great interest in my recovery from surgery and went out of their way to help me. I could not wish for a better place to relax and recover. Overall, I would rate our stay at the St Raphael’s resort 5/5 stars. We felt valued, appreciated, and respected. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others, and I hope that someday we can return with our children. Kay - From New Z

We only stayed here for 24 hours but I'm so glad I got that opportunity because this place is fantastic and the food which is a buffet is unbelievable with a massive choice of food. My only gripe is the toilet door because the bottom 18'' has slats in the actual door so not only can you look through the slats but it means you hear everything that is going on in the toilet. The pool is very good too and the beach is directly outside the hotel gardens. I definitely recommend.

St Raphael Resort is an immaculate hotel. Everything you would want is here. All easy to find and reach. Friendly staff. The breakfast selection is top drawer. September is a great time to visit if you don't have school age children. Some of the pictures show the superb view from the balcony of my spacious room.

A really lovely all round hotel. Right on the beach with a huge property. Kids club was good, lots for kids to do including an indoor arcade. Pool bar is great, pools nice too, shallow for younger kids. Would thoroughly recommend!!

This is one the best Quality Resorts I have visited world wide from Yas Island to the Caribbean! Specifically the staff are great, kind and really care about the guests!! The resort itself is like a five star hotel with extras such as large balconies and bunk beds for kids. The pools and activities are outstanding, kids disco, beach parties in the sand, live shows… the list is endless. I will be back with my family next summer for sure!

We were only there the 1 night as our flight home was cancelled but the service we got from reception/front of house was fantastic just after 1am. Our room was excellent, spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Bath robes and slippers available to use if you so wished and beautiful soft white towels. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide range of choice. The gardens are lovely with at least three swimming pools and they have a private beach.

We spent a week here on an all inclusive package. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The head chef Elias and sous chef Andreas went above and beyond to cater for our specific allergies and dietary requirements and made it seem like no trouble at all. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The cocktails selection was great and there was live music every evening. I would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed for a week all-inclusive and we were not disappointed! Even with a food allergy, the head chef and other staff were so attentive that every mealtime was excellent and made separately which is such a relief whilst on holiday. The food was always excellent and range of drinks/cocktails available on the all-inclusive list vast. The amenities, beach and swim up bar were excellent. Even though the weather was a little cooler as the winter had just started we still had plenty to keep us entertained. Highly recommend this to all - we will be back!

I saw the Sun completely set into the ocean here by St Raphael Resort in November and it was warm sunbathing until 4pm. Came here for FIFA general assembly 2019. Lovely breakfast terrace in the resort. Best hotel in Cyprus for plant based options. There is a restaurant that is designed like a boat belong to the hotel a nice evening stroll away.

Travelled with 2 vegans and 2 vegetarians July 2022. Plenty of dietary options clearly labelled plus a dedicated vegan restaurant. Clean airy accommodation, beautiful well tended grounds and plenty of room around the pool. Amazing service too. Recommended!

The resort was overall very good. We went with kids aged 10,8 & 4 in late April. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were perfect - it was a great option when it was still a bit too cold most days to use the outdoor pools or swim in the sea. The outdoor pools seemed fun - but are too cold in this season. The beach was great, even for just playing in the sand and water sports. Food was great (we took the breakfast and dinner option). It was fresh and really good. Dinner menu varied, and was very suitable for vegetarians and vegans as well. I wish their website would be clearer and would give a better picture of what's closed and open when: most restaurants were closed when we were there (end of April), and most shows specified in their web site weren't active. I wish it was indicated in their site when things are open: grabbing lunch for example was complicated, as we only wanted something small for the kids by the pool side and not the full lunch buffet, and the hotel was not set up for that in April. We stayed in the family inland room which had a bunk bed + rollaway bed for the 3 kids, and still had enough room to move around easily.

I was here for a work meeting, but could see how relaxing this would be as a vacation visit. The location is beautiful, the one potential issue is that its far from town. Of course, for those who want a beach getaway, that’s perfect. If you want to visit the city though, that requires taking a bus or taxi. The staff was very friendly. There is a nice pool and huge grounds just for hotel guests.
