Very unprofessional. Waited 9months for a scheduled appointment only to be told that it 'got lost' and was no longer in their system. Was given no solution, only promises that they will call me back which they never did even after i called them a total of 5 times over 3 weeks

I am a regular patient of the Aimis Clinic and I am satisfied with.

Horrible customer service, was waiting my blood test results 1 month.. Every week I was calling and the answer was “your results are not ready” or “we will call you back after 5 minutes” and no one was calling back. 1 month passed, I called again and they told me that they don’t have my email, I told them that it’s not true because I’m registered there and before they sent me my previous test results so they DO have my email, by magic they found my email and told me that will send now. After 5 minutes I received my old test results that I gave one year ago… (not results that i was waiting a month ) Feels like no one cares…

This post only reflects on the secretarial staff. Unfortunately, I will not expose her name as I don't know it. After numerous attempts at trying to get someone to ACTUALLY pick up the phone at this clinic, I listened to a secretary scrutinizing a patient who suffers from severe mental health issues. She screamed the phrase "Shame on you" at a person who was trying to book an appointment with a professional to help her deal with an already declining mental health. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST representation of this institute. I can't imagine a more poorly executed phone call. Insensitive, opinionated, myopic, uneducated individuals should NEVER represent medical institutions. She represents so many others when this naive FILTH comes out her mouth. All these doctors spend so many years investing in their knowledge and skills, hoping to help people, only to have this ANIMAL, speak to clients in derogatory ways to (most likely) make herself feel better. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If even one patient causes self-harm because of phone calls like this, you should all be shut down. This woman should be let go immediately for the good of the clinic.

I went for a foot MRI at AIMS clinic, no one informed me about how long the MRI would take or about how loud the noises were going to be and what to expect. It would have been nice if someone would have informed me so I knew what to expect. Other than that, they put me in on time and reception was friendly.

Took my father for a diagnostic test (ultrasound). Doctor was very kind and professional. Diagnostics floor secretarial team should show more sensitivity to patients and learn to speak in a kind way and be more patient. They are also very loud and so are their comments with regards to visting patients.

It should be American clinic but all the results for your analysis you cannot receive in English??? This is to much, I don't say about all the staff... I don't know how they can even have so many good reviews. No, no, no.... NOOO

Very professional staff. The few times I have had an appointment I have waited only a few minutes. Dr Kazakos a gynecologist I can recommend, he performed my surgery. His receptionist is a midwife, she is very pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend.

I have visited this clinic twice recently. Everybody I met (doctors/reception staff) I found friendly but very professional. On both occasions I received a telephone call the day before to remind me/ask if it was still my intention to visit.

Good service, very clean premises, modern diagnostic machines, professional reports, fast laboratory results. Overall an excelent experience.
