    I went to the ambulance department and I was in a lot of pain. They left me waiting carelessly for more than an hour at the entrance. It was raining. I was in pain because of kidney stones. It was pain like I had never felt in my entire life. I was in pain and screaming, and yet they left me waiting for more than an hour.

    Rubbish process - good doctors , but really pathetically rubbish process that can frustrate you to the core. I mean, the rubbishness is consistent. Keep 5 hours free just to visit the hospital. 2 hours for test, 2 hours to be queued to see a doctor and another hour for everything else.

    I’m sure a lot of people working here are trying really hard to make it a better place, but my husband has been here twice, once for a planned surgery and the other time as an emergency after an accident. Both times he has been left with ZERO information, explanations etc, he had no idea what was going on for hours and how much longer he had to wait to have his shoulder be popped back into place etc! This place is a freaking joke, and I’m usually not someone to rant like this..

    I got there a few days ago in the emergency, i had terrible pain in my belly, they had my some blood tests and said that i had to stay there over the night and have a surgery next day morning for appendix and the cost for this surgery €4500. I then left from there and go to general hospital for second opinion and they make me a lot of tests every day, they keep me inside and they told me it was just an infection in my belly and need to have some antibiotics.

    Very disappointed this time with Ygia Hospital. My mother went there due to a severe parasitic infection. She told the doctor she had pain and swelling in her eye and a sore throat. The doctor completely disregarded her complaints about pain and didn't even bother finding an eye or ear, nose throat doctor, just called for a dermatologist to check her rash and he was of no use either. They just did a general blood test, put her on a drip and sent her home with tranquilizer prescription and diagnosed with stress related dermatitis . Today my mom visited Mediterranean Hospital and the doctor found the heavy parasitic infection straight away and actually listened to my mother's concerns and analysed her symptoms. 240€ spent for absolutely nothing at Ygia, money grabbing medicine at its finest.

    I gather from other people's stories that the clinic was much better before. Not now. I appreciate some of the people there with whom I had great interactions, but unfortunately, the overall experience sums up to "terrible". Staff gathers in packs of 3-5 around you to have a good chat while other people wait; the medical decisions are based on insufficient information; and the worst part is the surgeon who told me straight in the face "You are having a surgery now or you leave, I want to go home". I went to another clinic where they made all the tests, a scan, and managed to be very friendly and respectful despite it being the middle of the night. So I did go through the surgery, but I was confident and felt in good hands - something that Ygia failed to provide.

    Fabulous experience!!! The radiology dept. MRI techs, nurses and anesthesiologist were incredible. Everyone we encountered from start to finish was so very professional and kind. Amazing patient care from the rapid covid test dept. , admissions, medical personnel, radiology, anesthesiology, accounting etc. My teen son is autistic and the staff went above and beyond to make sure his MRI wasn't a scary experience - I was thoroughly impressed by the Polyclinic as a whole and cannot say enough about the amazing care he received. BRAVO!!

    The Consultant was excellent however the Polyclinic staff let the side down. they all mostly looked miserable and the food was absolutely appalling . The photograph shows my Vegetarian Meal which was changed for a plate of cold vegetables. Considering the €6,900 fee for a Consultant and a 24 hour stay (1 Day) it’s all the more appalling. There seems to be a growing number of social media posts about the poor food . Surely employing proper chefs who care would greatly benefit the organisation. I repeat that the Consultant was very good but as an associate only uses the Polyclinic for the facilities.

    Very good treatment during the emergency visit for my wife, who needed five hours of surgery from the excellent maxillo-facial surgeon Dr Michaelides, following an accident. Awful treatment for a complication visit, where she and I were today left sitting in the admin office for 60 minutes, while she had a post-op fever and needed urgent attention, and while I was called a liar by I think the lady manager, over what they already knew to be valid insurance. This is the first time since being a schoolboy I have been called a liar, and I had to leave the room after she declined to leave my personal space. Tip: stay in ER and resist requests to “register” until the patient has been treated at least for the urgent needs.

    Reportable hospital! My one-year-old baby, who was scared and unwilling to undergo a test, was denied attention because they insisted it was mandatory for him to take a COVID test. Despite offering myself as the mother, as we live together at home, they still insisted on the test for financial reasons, even though it was impossible to conduct due to the baby's restlessness. We're in DECEMBER 2023, where COVID testing is no longer mandatory unless one displays symptoms. Moreover, my child showed no signs of COVID; we went to the hospital due to severe abdominal pain. TODAY, NO HOSPITAL IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, EXCEPT THIS ONE, IS STILL CONDUCTING COVID TESTS. They force you to take the test, or else they won't attend to you, even if it's unrelated to your symptoms! It's all a business when the priority should be attending to a patient, especially a baby! THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE CARE! THE MEDICAL PRACTICES IN THIS COUNTRY ARE SHAMEFUL. I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE ETHICS AND MORALITY OF THE DOCTORS LIE.

    Had the worst experience with new pediatric Doctor ELIZAVET KASSARI. Rude, arrogant and started arguments in front of 5 year old patient. My child felt soo uncomfortable around her. Pending complaint against her being investigated. UPDATE: The hospital investigated and the nurses confirmed what happened. Drs fees were waived due to her behaviour. I want to say a big thank you to the staff at the hospital. Apart from the Dr, everything was perfect.

    Average customer service but its the only kind of good private clinic in Limassol. The waiting time in the ER is not the best and the attitude of the employees could have been better. Nevertheless this is an ok clinic with good doctors. Could use some improvements.

    Absolutely dissapointment! How is possible hospital, on top on everything Private one, even on top on this hell of expensive, to refuse to take patient in their Emergency?! I went with problem which I was treated almost 1 month without any results, and they just told me to go home?! Even didn't give me chance to speak with specialist..... And putting attention that their are Private hospital - did I know? This is not supermarket - is hospital and Ygia should act to protect people health. I was ready to pay any amount of money, just someone to help me. And this that I can walk, don't mean that I don't have pain. Shame on this hospital - better to make it animal farm or zoo at least to be more or less usefull for the society!!! I want to add that btw before month I found lost the access card of one of their doctors, and I was walking 1.5 km with 2 huge heavy bags to go to the hospital and to return it to its owner... Never make good to bad people which are thinking only for money - it not rewarded.

    I made a stomach research for 500 euro! Usually it’s 200 . The doctor told me that she will call the next day and gave me medicine for 1 dat No call, no research details , nothing. 3 days pass. That’s very bad attitude

    We came to the emergency after my son’s fall. I was asking the doctor to make a scan. She examined him and assured that everything is ok. Finally, it was found out that it’s a fracture of collarbone.

    Referral here from Nicosia for scan. Radiology were fantastic consulted on why biopsy was needed following scan and costs involved, as insurance dont cover preexisting conditions. Called with biopsy results as soon aa they were ready 3 days and result’s explained fully along with option to discuss in person in clinic if possible i would have all my treatments here

    Got my appendix removed here. So, I experienced both emergency and general care. Yes, the place is a bit chaotic but the medical staff were amazing, friendly and supportive. The surgeon was professional and kind also. I would recommend this place to everyone:)

    The consultant was very good. The staff were generally good with a few frosty unwelcone faces The food was truly appalling a lump of chicken for a vegatarian. See the pic , thst was replaced for a plate of cold vegetables. Considering the costs it would be an idea to employ an innovative chef with an eye for presentation. Misreable staff dint help

    It took a long time at the reception because of the queue. But the hospital is very good. Three days lay under droppers. Very polite and caring staff. Special thanks to the attending physician of the urology department, Professor Dimitrios Kontaxis. The food is like in a good hotel. Cleaning the room every day, changing bed linen, and the opportunity to take a shower. Thanks to all the staff for the good attitude. Kind regards, Kostiantyn Ivlev

    The best emergency service experiences since I came here fo the first time in 2017 but they don't accept Gesy I think. Professional and friendly, well as an Asian if you're not friendly it's considered very rude.

    Very satisfied with my stay here. Came in as an emergency and was given first class attention and service. I was admitted to the second floor ward and all the nurses were caring and professional especially Maria. I was even pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Thanks for taking such good care of me.
