Lovely spa, nice aesthetics, but Katerina on the front desk royally screwed up my appointment to the point I didn’t get to go. I had a massage booked, showed up and she booked me for the wrong massage. I told her I was going to step outside to call my husband and see what other day we could do as we are leaving soon and had to arrange childcare. When I came back in I said I would do my original booking as we didn’t have time to come back before flying back and she said I couldn’t do it because she already called someone else and gave them my time slot. Wildly unacceptable and horrible service.

If you need a professional treatment with a friendly staff that makes you feel like your childhood friends, this is your gym. Located in Limassol Marina, with amazing views. Well equipped with the last technology machines, sauna, steam bath and outdoor swimming pool. Includes a lot of different activities like yoga, HIIT, GRIT, Abs, Glutes, etc. Lockers, showers and toilets are bigger enough for your basics. Also, the gym will provide you the Sanctum mobile phone app for your daily routine. Opens from 6:30 to 22:00, so you don't have any excuses if you want to do some workout. As advice, the gym would be full from 18:00 to 20:00, so try to avoid this hours if you need to do quickly your workout.

Best modern equipment... Clean and convenient facilities. Great spa. Small pool and café available out doors. Welcoming and friendly personnel. The only place at the moment that has personalized app for Android and Apple users.

I came to Sanctum primarily because I was drawn to the group courses offered there. I don't have a regular membership but they offer a day pass. Upon arrival at reception I was told that the courses were no longer included in the day pass but this information was not on their website (they only mentioned pool is not allowed). Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. I paid €30 for the day pass just to have a crowded gym full of sweaty men. I ended up just using the elliptical and doing some of my own exercises on the mat in a tiny corner set aside for stretching and self-exercise. The changing rooms were nice and clean but also a bit cramped. I don't really think this price is worth it for what you are getting for a day pass. Dear Sanctum, please be honest and write on your website that you no longer offer group courses (along with pool) with a day pass.

It’s a very clean gym and it has good views . All I can say it’s a very posh area if you are looking for training hard, equipment isn’t very good and it’s very small for the price ( as a gym ) you have only one pair per each kg of dumbells, one rack squat and one machine per exercise so when it is busy you must be waiting. There aren’t many machine for strength training. If you just do a little training and you want to relax after (sauna and swimming pool) it is a very good place but for a bodybuilder is a very basic gym I was expecting more

Only gave 4 stars because the gym is very small and it’s impossible to train properly in peak times as not many machines or space for free training. The rest is really nice, super clean, professional staff, excellent trainers, good classes and opening hours are from very early to late.

Very nice gym, unique view, swimming pool, sauna, massage, hair cut. Place is not cheep, because of that its not crowded. One time enter dont make sense, for 1m membership is 120 EUR.

Great facilities which combine a well-equipped gym, with a sauna, a steam room, a vast array of spa treatments and a very enjoyable pool overlooking the marina. But what really stands out is Julia's professionalism at the reception. She managed things skillfully and with exceptional courtesy. A true asset of this gym.

Tiny changing rooms, no drinking water except for wending machine and number of machines available is too little, always busy and lots of people there. It's nice and staff is great but it's more about convenient location with nice views.

Very nice gym, staff are really amazing and helpful! the only reason why it is 4 stars is because there is no water dispensing station which is very odd for a gym… suggestion: add a paying filtered water dispenser next to the vending machine. This will cut on plastic

Other than the music from the gym, Hayley and the environment of the spa was very zen. I think the sauna was included but forgot to use it. I would recommend a second person for driving back home. Thank you Sanctum!
