One word: terrible customer service. Employees on the floor are non-existent, and if found, have no idea about the product or are unwilling to help. Cashiers do not have any customer service attitude. Specifically today, the cashier scolded the customer in front of us as he didn’t know how to get a barcode tag for a chain & spent the next minute arguing & complaining. When it was our turn to pay, no hello nothing. My wife asked for a voucher they had, she was annoyed and then took two vouchers from next to her till & gave them away angrily. At the time of paying, she charged the whole amount through Antamivi points without asking. We do appreciate the long hours and tiring job shifts, but the customer service level does not exist in this place. Management should look into this & improve.

If you want to go back in time to the Eastern European block where customer service was non existent, please visit the Home Center. Rude, slow, and zero knowledge of the products they sell. Except prices are capitalist. Welcome to hell.

Buying in an internet shop is very uncomfortable and unclear:( Profile and orders screens don't have useful information, and I can’t see order states. When i pick up my good, the shop fills up with paper. Guy in the store works with a paper notebook. It's bizarre in our days.

Recently, I was in need of a smart WiFi plug and found it to be in stock on the site. When I visited the store, I had to ask three different employees for assistance because I could not locate it. After describing the product, and giving the product number from the website, I even had to contact customer service personally to inquire about stock availability. It was confirmed that there were 12 pieces available, so I went back to inform the previous employees that there would be somewhere there. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed that the item could not be located and that I was required to provide my telephone number so that another employee could call me the following day. As a result, I left and ordered it online from Kotsovolos. I picked up my order within ten minutes and also at a lower price.

In spite of the fact that I’m a regular at the Limassol store, a phone call from a clueless, rude and disrespectful employee called Agni who works at the Clothes Rack section - as she said, was enough to drive me away to, let’s say, Mangas! I had returned an expensive clothes’ rack (priced at €100) purchased at the store about 2 years ago but couldn’t find the receipt. Since, it was damaged, I bought a new one (another €100) and returned the original so that they also saw the damage incurred in only 2 years, whereas it was supposed to last for at least five. Not only did she lack communication and customer service skills, she doubted the fact that I had bought the item from their store - so she was basically, without an inkling of shame calling me a liar. All they had to do was to go through my account (since I have a company card) and verify exactly how much income they received from me before having the nerve to insult me like that. Had I been in Ms. Andrie’s shoes (the one in charge), I would have never asked this person to contact clients - BIG MISTAKE!

I have been shopping very regularly from Superhome centre and I always say i will never come back again because of the non-existent customer service. It's impossible to find someone to help you except of a couple of employess who try hard. Seriously, hire more people and most importantly train them how to speak and behave with clients.

Tried to order online. First of all, the website is so laggy it causes pain to use it. Though the biggest problem is their delivery time. Currently they say it’s 10-17 working days, but funny thing is they can’t even deliver stuff in the time range that they promised. Customer support is a joke. Questions like “when will I have my order” are answered with phrases like “wait until Friday”, then “wait until Friday afternoon”, then they just don’t pick up phone anymore. It has to do with the fact that they outsource delivery to another company, but it seems like they have no control or information over it, or they just don’t care. Honestly, it’s better to order from IKEA, at least you’re not going to have to wait for an eternity to get your order. No discount is worth this much hassle. Never going to shop here again 👎🏻

Unprofessional. I ordered an item in quantity and was asked to pre pay for it which I was happy to do and was told I would have the items in 3 to 4 working days. After 5 days nobody called me so I called them to be told by a rude lady I should be patient. I waited another week and still nobody called me so I went to the shop to see what was going on. I found that nobody had bothered to place my order yet I had fully paid for it. Their excuse was the item was unavailable. So they take your money for something that's no longer available and don't even bother to call you to let you know.

ordered Thursday 300 euro stuff online. called also 100 times. told it will come by tuesday/Wednesday and it's all in stock. It did not. called again Wed, said thursday/friday. called again thursday. they said it's coming. Now Friday, called again, yeap, its coming. From MARS maybe. called again just now. NO ANSWER - no one picks up at the phone center. Close this "Super" home center, it's rubbish. prices are expensive to begin with and there is ZERO customer service.

Great collection of all your DIY stuff. Also their instore team is very helpful. I had faced issues with their product only once and they, with no questions asked, took responsibility and replaced the item immediately. They are always ready to guide you with your task on hand. TIPS: 1) Keep a look at their website for great deals. They very often have great offers (upto 30%) 2) They can help you get spare parts of your broken down items (if you had purchased it from them)

Super-home internet shopping is hopeless ! Not organised and they never answer the 25203333 number and the staff are very rude. It took 7 days to get my order from Larnaca Super-home-Limassol Super-home ! Will never use them again, Electro-line are excellent, so use them instead !

NEVER ORDER ONLINE!! I made this mistake and ordered online. Didn't hear from the store for over a week. Tried to call the contact phone number on their website but apparently they don't simply don't answer it... After several tries someone answered but since I ordered online she couldn't assist me (WHAT?!). So basically they have no support for their online customers whatsoever. You don't know when you will receive your order, you can't cancel your order, you can't get status update about your order. Hello 1990.

Low quality, in high price... Exactly what you should avoid. But few options in Limassol, a necessary evil... If you can find the same/similar item at jumbo it's going to be cheaper. If you can find the same/similar item elsewhere is going to be better. Anyhow solves the problems for a while...

The only one stop hardware and DIY store to visit when you need to get things done at home. The wide selection of products and reasonable prices make this a rewarding shopping trip every time.

Great variety, well equipped shop for DIY and more, but... If you don't know exactly what you are looking for and where to look for it, you are in trouble. You literally have to grab the attention of the employees, most of whom don't speak Greek.

It's a good store to go to if you need to go get a combination of things that have nothing to do with each other. Need a pail of paint, a screwdriver, a blanket, a spoon, car air freshener, and a DVD copy of The Terminator? You can get all that here in one trip. The store can be a bit of a mess with random pallets of goods strewn about and in your way. The checkout section is a nightmare on busy weekends. Maybe they could remove a lane or two to give people more room to stand in queue. Or just remove some of the merchandise that's crammed in around that area.

Very large variety. As everywhere there are professional and unprofessional employees. For example, a blonde dyed hair employer at the paints section was trying to be smart and was rude. Maybe i will come back when the staff is a little more qualified etc.

Huge store! In general you can find everything you need for your flat, home, garden! Staff are ready to help always! Sometimes big cue, scanning the QR codes of the vaccination!

Big store with adequate parking that is why I give two stars. Because, for the service I give zero. I was asking for help and the employees were sending me from one corner of the store to the other and finally I did not find what I was looking for. No one cares. If you pay cheap staff you offer cheap service.

Quite a lot available - I bought a paintbrush and some brush cleaner to try out; the prices looked fairly good. They seem to have a lot of paints and tools for sale. I also got a shower brush I had not been able to find elsewhere. Some of the wood, such as boards of plywood, were out of stock and there was no knowledge of when they would be back in stock. Service was good at the checkout, but otherwise it seemed a bit tense, maybe it was a busy time of the year.

Great place for all your DIY projects. I have to praise their web shop especially and their delivery service - it was impeccable. If there was something they didn't have from my order, they would call me and offer alternatives, always polite, very friendly and effective. 5 stars service!
