In
spite
of
the
fact
that
I’m
a
regular
at
the
Limassol
store,
a
phone
call
from
a
clueless,
rude
and
disrespectful
employee
called
Agni
who
works
at
the
Clothes
Rack
section
-
as
she
said,
was
enough
to
drive
me
away
to,
let’s
say,
Mangas!
I
had
returned
an
expensive
clothes’
rack
(priced
at
€100)
purchased
at
the
store
about
2
years
ago
but
couldn’t
find
the
receipt.
Since,
it
was
damaged,
I
bought
a
new
one
(another
€100)
and
returned
the
original
so
that
they
also
saw
the
damage
incurred
in
only
2
years,
whereas
it
was
supposed
to
last
for
at
least
five.
Not
only
did
she
lack
communication
and
customer
service
skills,
she
doubted
the
fact
that
I
had
bought
the
item
from
their
store
-
so
she
was
basically,
without
an
inkling
of
shame
calling
me
a
liar.
All
they
had
to
do
was
to
go
through
my
account
(since
I
have
a
company
card)
and
verify
exactly
how
much
income
they
received
from
me
before
having
the
nerve
to
insult
me
like
that.
Had
I
been
in
Ms.
Andrie’s
shoes
(the
one
in
charge),
I
would
have
never
asked
this
person
to
contact
clients
-
BIG
MISTAKE!
