Really nice Costa Coffee Franchise. Loads of drinks and food to chose from. Found a new coffee drink I didn't know existed, the 'RAF' which was really good. Also the 1st Costa I've come across that does Ice Creams!

You have to show your Safepass twice, once upon entry, and second time to the little hitlers behind the bar, even though they know that you have already shown it to gain entry to the Mall. The 'outside' area is filthy, and smelly as they don't clean the ashtrays, it is also very hot as there are no fans, and the A/C unit has zero effect, unless you are sitting on top of it.

Very good capuccino and cafe mocha! The taste is very good and the milk foam is tasty. A very nice place in which you may enjoy your breakfast.

Can be busy at peak hours but that only means that people like the place. I love their blueberry muffins and the service was really forthcoming when our order wasn’t as expected, thank you Olga

Enjoyed the coffee, only pain is showing covid pass to enter the mall and again for a coffee. Not there fault but nevertheless annoying.

Extremely dirty and sticky, chairs broken, cushions filthy. Walls need to be painted/cleaned!! Chaotic and confusing at tills...should take orders at first till ONLY and pick up order at 2nd. Would be more logical and effective.

I ordered cappuccino primo with coconut milk instead of normal milk. They charged 60 cent extra for 100 mL foam milk! The difference in price between 100 mL cow milk and 100 mL coconut milk is 60 cent?!

Staff trying to hurry the queue more than take your order. The seasonal new "Refresher" is not worth it looks nice on the picture looks nice in person with strawberries 🍓 Taste really not worth the money, lemonade from a kiosk is better and will save you a penny. Worth to get a drink to sit in front of an AC fan outside on a 38° day, on comfy couches.

I enjoy coming to this particular Costa Coffee in the My Mall..limassol. It reminds me of the shopping malls back in South Africa. The food was nicely presented and the coffee is delicious. Always pleased with the quality and service of your company.

Place lacks ambiance, I guess typical of Costa. Avoid sitting to the tables after the counter as they add next to the ice machine and it can get boisy

I ordered two frappes! Me: Excuse me, you forgot to put coffee in the frappe! Barista: We don't put coffee in frappe! I received two glasses with milk and vanilla syrup! I just have one question: What's in a frappe?

Good coffee and many other options if you 're not a coffee drinker! The stuff working there is polite and it's really a nice environment to visit!

Nice place with good coffee and a lot of (sweet) snacks/pastries. For lunch I was missing some nice fresh sandwiches or other stuff. Out of the two coffee places in my mall this one looked the best (and therefore probably was the busiest).
