Very disapointed. I was in this shop to buy the capsels, I ordinary buy there , and I was ofended and injuried from another client , a man, and the sale person who was a woman didn‘t defended me, didn‘t take any decision to stop the agresive client and didn‘t excused to me. Now I was there again to buy the capsels, and the saleman, closes the shop 5 minutes erlier and didn‘t opened the door to attend me. It is a schame! I don‘t understand what a service is that. Horrible!

Nespresso Boutique is a small and cute place where you can find multiple coffee choices, as well as machines or accessories (glasses, cups, etc). Luckily, if they are run out machines, you can find them in other places as they distribute to other shops (Public, Bionic...). Unfortunately, I haven't found a good coffee with flavour from Nespresso. Everything is black coffee with smell (no flavour). Staff is friendly and always helpful with your needs. If you want to order from the website, there is minimum order of 50 capsules, something that I don't like. I prefer to go to the shop and buy 10-20 capsules as per my needs.

Staff is very friendly and professional, always very helpful and competent about any questions that may arise. Always very positive. Coffee variety is huge.

Employee working in My Mall Limassol on Saturday evening 26/08/23 was a complete disgrace!!! Never saw such disrespectful attitude to the client in my entire life. I said to him 3 times that I want to buy specific coffees and each time he watched me and asked me to wait while he was just watching other couple who was not buying anything and just drinking test coffee. He was just silently watching them to drink up their entire cups while I stand and wait! When I asked him third time to serve me he just watched me and said nothing, instead he asked couple who chatted between them and didn’t require his assistance if they want “extra syrup” in the coffee they already drink and he put them syrup previously. I was so shocked that I just left without buying anything. I am client of Nespresso for years and spent thousands on purchases with them, I was always happy with their service and I believe this employee does not belong into this company, and company must definitively take actions if it cares about its clients and their reputation!

There was only one consultant in the shop, i had to wait for 20!!!! Minutes
