Sadly, they were just really incompetent. I paid 150TL and did a PCR test and came back almost 24 hours later and couldn’t get my results because for some reason the hospital did not have internet to get and print out my results. Tried to explain how urgently I needed the results and a nurse there says “... it’s not my problem. What can I do?”

My mother in law and I had an antigen test in this hospital. We found the staff to be rude. Even though we registered online for the antigen tests, they made us fill in little slips of paper and they took photocopies of our ID cards and passports. There was no regard for hygiene - everyone had to use the same pens provided. There was no social distancing. I don't intend to go back again.

I don't know why this place is called a hospital! The emergency doctor didn't even want to talk to me because I didn't have a negative pcr test. I wonder what the emergency service is doing if not providing help at the moment, because as an emergency patient I don't have time to wait 12 or more hours to get a PCR test result, i said I'm a triple vaccinated person and I had a negative antigen test result, they told me to go out! Shame on you for calling yourself a hospital!

I highly do not recommend this hospital. We went in for an antigen test, and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. They were unwilling to help us set up the inaccessible form online. While taking the antigen test, the environment was not hygienic, and the staff doing the test was unpleasant.

Went for PCR test today. There was a line for waiting and out side was raining. The specific lady was disappeared till 20 minutes then suddenly appeared and were calling for PCR test waiting persons. Unfortunately, we never imagined that kind of behaviour and rudeness from the staff side. Specifically there was lady on 2nd table on backside. They always been so rude with foreigners. It's better to go to suat gunsel hospital at karakum. Better and well trained staff in there.

Back in March, i was in north Cyprus and unfortunately had an infection that needed a doctor visit. It was the quickest way to book an appointment in Kolan British Hospital online on the same day. The employee online asked me if I wanted the appointment in Lefkosa or Girne. I said Girne. He said no problem. I arrived at the hospital at the time of the appointment. The woman at the reception said „no it’s in Lefkosa“. I showed her the chat and she made a call and asked me to come back 3 hours later. So I did. Then, the doctor could barely speaks English (why the british hospital?) so it was a bit difficult to make him understand the issues. He made me run a series of test. He prescribed me lots of medicine (too many). And he asked me to contact him on WhatsApp to get the results (WhatsApp seriously?). I WhatsApped him about 3 times but never got my results of the tests I paid for. I had to go to the doctor again once I was back in Germany. Really not a great experience. I don’t recommend this hospital at all.

Did antigen test at Kolan Karaoğlanoğlu. Their website is not showing the results. Their employees do not answer my calls, their Wattsup contact ignore my messages. Important appointment missed, tickets lost, trip cancelled

Went today for an appointment at specific time . They told me the doctor went to another city like 15 mins ago. I was on time for my appointment and was not late even by a minute! So irresponsible! I was offered an appointment on the next day at 11, which I declined. Seems like they have a lot of issues related to administration. Not the first time I get disappointed from them!
