Cozy and family friendly environment with an extensive menu of both local and exotic dishes. Service is good, BUT, prices might be a little high ($$$) for the budget dinner. If you want to give yourself and family a memory treat, there aren't two places in town. Enjoy!!! PS: Waiters would do great putting on some smiles and being friendly. They often come across as cold, serious and somewhat suspicious of the client. I only saw a smile from my waiter after leaving a tip, shouldn't be so! Hope they're well treated by manag't. You got this!!!

It's a peaceful environment. The service is not very fast, you have to wait for 15 minutes before you are served. VIP is great but there is shisha making others uncomfortable

The place offered plenty intercontinental varieties like pizza. The food though they take long to serve, is very tasteful. Big bites isn't very affordable but the place is worth the money

If I hate you, I'll most definitely recommend this place without reservations. Every business sets its price, but the meals and services should at least reflect what I'm paying hours' salary for. Waiters stand like underpaid bodyguards: that's very creepy TBH. You don't just stand and watch people eat. Is this North Korea? Then they respond with "bonjour" to my "good morning". I mean, if I were in Bertoua, your French is justified. You work in a majority English-speaking town, and you're vexed when paying customers speak in English. The lady in glasses was livid because I refused to talk in French. As if that's not enough, they have decided to surveil us while we eat. Prisons in Cameroon don't even have cameras. If I wanted surveillance while I eat, I'll go to a Russian gulag. At least the food there tastes as horrible as it looks. Then they're imposing meals on you. I mean, I wanted an ice cream while it was warm outside. Upon entering it got colder and they blasted the room with -15°C air. I changed my mind and they outrightly yelled at me. Come here at your risk.

It’s expensive but worth it. The Ndole looks attractive and tastes good as well. Kids can enjoy themselves as well.

Worst fries av had all my life I means it felt like they literally boiled the fries with lots of Maggie and salt Plus a weird looking waiter that just stood and observed me eat like a prisoner I can only refer this to my haters

I really didn’t enjoy it here. It was super uncomfortable and they really don’t like children. Anything they touch or do is not okay. I was sitting not straight up and they ask me to sit right. I was so done with it. Especially the fat white man. He treat his workers not good and ask them to tell the people this. I can see the workers were also not comfortable with telling us. So sad. Nobody telling me how I have to sit. I decide for myself what’s comfortable for me I don’t care what you think about that. It’s not even a luxury place to eat what are you talking about?? Who do you think you are. Telling people how to sit come on. Go tell your mother Never again! Bye.
