Really bad customer service. Carla and Deepak both gave me no alternative to my problem. Carla also raised her voice for no reason. I was trying to return an item or even get store credit or swap it out but I got screamed at for asking and then they came over with their returns policy which is completely against consumer rights. Shouldn't treat people bad just for asking. Terrible staff wouldn't tell anyone to go to any Harvey normas after spending nearly 1,000 euro and then to be treated that way afterwards.

For 200 € I gained experience, now I know that it is better to buy more expensive equipment not from Harvey Norman. Very poor service, no customer focus in the store. I chose a laptop for 200 € and brought it home. When I opened it, I realized that it would be too weak for children to study. I arrived the next day with a check to exchange and buy a more productive laptop. But as it turned out, once opened, a return is not possible! The department manager couldn’t come up with anything smarter than offering a discount on the warranty for another laptop. The company has not even heard of the win-win principles; customer focus is not in the dictionary of this store. Welcome to Kazakhstan or Russia 🇰🇿 to improve sales skills and become more flexible and kind to clients.

Multiple bad experiences at Harvey Norman Tallaght. Bad customer service, long waits for staff and always some mistakes, like giving your product with a different specification as requested. If you have the same product at DID I would definitely recommend you to buy there, much better customer support.

Very helpful staff. We had a problem with our new oven and we were able to get a replacement delivered and fitted within a couple of days.

I have been to the photo department on a number of occasions and the staff were always friendly and helpful but today, the girl who looked after me, Carla went out of her way to achieve exactly what I wanted with some old photos. I was over the moon with the result. Thank you Carla

Very hard to get staff attention sometimes. Some staff seem to be constantly looking after customers while other seem t on prefer chatting with friends while people wait on service. Other Harvey Norman store are better

Had a wonderful experience here with Ryan, a sales rep who had knowledge, honest opinions and helped me get more for my money in terms of what I was buying. He listened and explained how the store stock could match up to the specs I needed for the budget I had. I wish all customer service experiences were as good as the one Ryan provided me with today. A credit to the store.

I had a problem with a shaker bed I bought in the store over two years ago. I approached the staff in the bedding section, I wasnt hopeful that they would be able to resolve the issue as it was outside the one year warranty, but they were so helpful. Eimear was able to source an alternative part for the bed from the warehouse and was so helpful and accommodating throughout the process. The customer service in Harvey Norman Tallaght is excellent and is one of the main reasons I will be shopping there again.
