I love it when Irish companies embrace the technology to provide sales and service but don't forget their customers are people and not numbers. My order was small but you'd never know it by the website and service.

Really excellent customer service. I ordered a present from their website but realised I had ordered the wrong size. I rang them straight away and they were great. It was no problem at all to send the size I wanted instead. I will definitely buy from them again. It's lovely to support a real Irish business like this.

Purchased a selection of various bathroom Towels. I received a warm phone call over an issue with my order soon after it processed. It was rectified in my favour but more importantly they were proactive than reactive. Excellent service all around and to top it off Order was on my door step the following day.
