Avoid! Gave him a working laptop with a cracked screen in June. He brought back the laptop a month later(!) with its graphics chip no longer working. Lucky we even tried to boot it up to check while he was there. He took it back and haven't heard any substantial updates in the 3 months (!!) since then, only vague promises that he'll try something or check on the status of the latest step he came up with. When I try to contact him he's always "on call", "away" or just ignores my call altogether. I got a friend to call him, he picked up and offered to collect in person right away. He's been paid in full already so he clearly doesn't care anymore. I'm not even sure I'll get my laptop back without involving authorities at this point.

Had my Laptop repaired and a new ssd installed. There were multiple issues along the way but they got it working in the end.

I spilled water on my laptop during a busy working week and Gary had it fixed in under 24 hours! I was able to drop off and collect my laptop outside of working hours and he charged much less than I had been quoted by others! Very efficient and professional service and my laptop is working perfectly! Highly recommend!

About a year ago I brought my laptop to Gary. After being fixed, I put the laptop in a closet and never used it again. I took the computer to be fixed because it was too slow and although it had been fixed correctly I decided to put it in a closet and buy a new one. It is at this very moment, I decided to take the computer back from the closet and take a look at it and use it for other purposes. Now I want to tell you my personal experience with Gary computer repair shop. The laptop as I said it was too slow and the only way to speed it up was to replace the hard drive with a new one and the problems starts from here. Due to his inattention or for some other reason he forgot to transfer my personal Data from the old hard Drive to the new one. At that point he was not able for some reasons to recover all the date stucked in the old Hard drive. For me the only way to recover all my personal data was to take my old hard drive to a specialized center, pay €300 extra and get back all the data. And I remember despite the damage caused Gary charged me full price without giving me any discount. Gary I hope you rembember what is happend because that was not right and after around one year I still having all the personal data stucked in the old hard drive.

Totally unprofessional customer service from start to finish. We left a Pc with Gary in May, and after numerous phone calls and text messages left , we eventually got our PC back in July without the power adaptor. The repair cost 600 euro and when we eventually got the power cord back ( again after numerous phone calls , texts messages ) the PC was still broken . Gary then went on to say that we never told him we were missing the power cable even though we have copies of the text messages sent to him and his replies to them confirming he had the power adapter. We sent these images to him to prove contact had been made and received .Shoddy work done on the monitor screen , 1 screw bent back into place under the screen and 1 screw missing Gary could not prove that the PC was working when he had completed the job and we now down 600 euro and have to buy a new PC . He never answers the phone and never returns calls. I would never use Gary Tech services again. Totally unprofessionally and frustrating

Great service. Brilliant to have someone you can trust with your PC, especially as most of my life is on it!!! My PC was collected locally and the problem was sorted quickly. It wasn't a big job, but the PC was unusable all the same until Gary sorted it for me. And the best thing? The price was very fair. Thanks Gary.

Needed a new operating system on my mac rang Gary he called out to my job collected mac and returned it ....Its running great now .....Great price and services would highly recommend folks.
