This place is AMAZING. Aside from amazing people and a great environment the results for me were undeniably great. I have melasma on my upper lip and after seeing Christina it was completely under control, she is the best! Always a relaxing, successful experience cannot say enough good things about her and this place. I especially really loved the Hydrafacial with Dermaplaning and light chemical peel, my skin looked super firm and evenly toned and hydrated! I will definitely continue to be a lifelong customer.

I had a wonderful experience with Amber and her assistant Kelly. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and fun! I was on and out quickly but without feeling rushed. I will definitely be back !

Overall was pretty disappointed by my experience here. I went for an acne scar consultation with Dr Payman Kosari. The consultation alone is $125, which I would be fine with if I got more than 5 minutes to speak to the doctor. I told them I wanted to start with smaller less invasive treatments and all they gave me was a $5000 treatment plan that consist of 2-3 lasers as well as in office surgical procedures. I asked if there are any possible negative results from any of these procedures, ANY RISKS at all, and he said there is no possible side effects of lasers/subcision/punch extraction. To me this is a red flag because with any of those there are possible side effects or things that can go wrong as with any procedure. Not to mention he failed to mention the very possible chance of facial fat loss with laser treatments, let alone 3 laser treatments. Unfortunately that was the only question I got to ask before the doctor hurried off. I was really hoping to start small but unfortunately, my only option was to follow his treatment plan so I decided not to go to his office for my acne scar treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr Munnavalli & recently Dr Light since shortly after the office opened. I feel that they are the most knowledgeable & cutting edge facility in the Charlotte area. Dr Munavalli, Dr Light & their PA’s & entire staff have always gone above & beyond to take care of my issues. There is sometimes a wait, but if there is, I know that it is for good reason and if I need a little extra time, I am given that time without being made to feel pushed aside or have questions or services not taken care of. The only place that I see room for improvement, is that it can sometimes be difficult to book a timely appointment by calling the main phone line.

Dr Leight did my Botox recently and she is hands down the best! Not to mention she has awesome bedside manner. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Munavalli for nine years now, which over the course of that time I have had numerous cosmetic treatments and procedures. I fly 4-6 times per year from Miami for all my appointments because he always gives me the most amazing results and there is no one else I would trust with my skin. All the nurses and entire staff are super friendly and professional as well.

I was a Director of Operations at Johns Hopkins Medicine for 25 years. I went to this place for some treatment on a cyst. I did not feel welcome by the provider at all. Amber Blair doesn't have the best bedside manners at all. She came across as cold, disinterested and rushing. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years so I understand the daily grind so I am not a patient who complains. She did not make me feel welcome at all and in the back of my mind I feel like it's because I'm African-American or she is just a doctor with poor communication skills. I don't know the answer but I do know that I will not return back to this practice. I know good doctors when I see them. Another reviewer said it felt like an elitist environment and I agree with him on that.

It is frustrating that they have an online link to request appointments and they say there is a 48 hour turnaround. After submitting my online request, I had to call a week later to request an appointment. If there are issues with the online form, then it should be deactivated. After calling they scheduled me for the next day. I got to the Park Road location super early after taking off of work. I drove around for 20 minutes looking for a parking space or waiting for a valet parking tenant. I finally had to leave and come home without being seen. This is absolutely ridiculous. I now have to find a different dermatologist all because of the parking situation. An absolute waste of my time.

Dream team Dr. Kosari, Miranda and Suzanne have turned my bulging snake-vein legs into supermodel gorgeous! I feel so lucky to have found such a knowledgeable and friendly team to guide me through the vein process. From initial diagnosis to the procedures and follow-up treatments, they have been thorough and never rush in letting me know what to expect and in taking care of me. First class experience all the way!!!

From my initial, surgery, and final follow up, I was kept informed and my surgery experience went well. The doctor and staff were very supportive and professional.

Cancer of any kind is scary. I had a spot on my nose that I tried to ignore for too long that ended up being Basal Cell Carcinoma. Having lost several friends and family to cancer, a couple of which were skin cancer, I was nervous. I was referred to DLVS by the dermatologist. I can say that my entire experience thus far exceeds 5 stars. All of the staff were very kind, professional, and encouraging. Dr. Om put me at ease and has done a beautiful job both with the MOHS procedure and the repair of the site on my nose. It was more severe than originally thought, but I'm very happy with where things are at even though I'm still in the recovery and healing period. I couldn't recommend DLVS any more strongly.

Dr. Leight is a magician! I had under eye veins and after calling several practices I could not find a doctor who was willing to address/remove them, until I found her. I would say she's one of the most skilled doctors in Charlotte for vein removal, among other things I'm sure. She was thorough, kind, and did a phenomenal job. Had the consultation Thursday, procedure Friday, and now my veins are completely gone after one treatment. The whole process was quick, easy, and affordable. Highly recommend Dr. Leight. My only regret is not going to her sooner.

Dr Om was great and my overall experience was very good. Wait times on MOHS surgery day are VERY long as the process takes time and this is a very busy place. Ginna (PA) was excellent on the pre op consult and the post op stitches removal. Very professional! Recommended!

If you have never been here then I highly recommend you visit! The whole staff is amazing!! Why not try a hydra facial with Christina!! She is amazing!! You will leave feeling very relaxed and the cleanest, hydrated face!!
