The nurses, staff and Dr. Shehadeh are so friendly and personable and the office is always decorated based on a holiday or theme for every month. So comforting and reassuring, they really treat you like family and care and know you by name. Danielle and Mila are so sweet, kind and so patient!!!

This might be a long review. I won’t even apologize for it. This office deserves to be recognized. The entire staff at the Pineville location is incredible — from the sweet ladies at the front desk/checkout, to the attentive staff in the lab/chemo room. Being a 25 year old female dealing with multiple chronic issues that have all but destroyed my mental health and sense of hope in the medical community, Dr Dallas has helped me feel understood and cared for. She has sat down with me and explained blood work in a way that I could understand. She has listened thoroughly to everything I’ve told her. She has taken time to look at photos of physical symptoms I have. She has never brushed anything off or made me feel like I was crazy. I am humbled. I am currently here doing iron infusions. I had reactions to the first two iron infusions. (10/20/2022 & 10/27/2022) I met with Meg McInnis, FNP-C (11/03/2022) the morning before my 3rd infusion. I was an ABSOLUTE wreck. I was in tears, terrified of having another reaction. She was so kind and comforting. We opted to skip iron for that week and decided to try a new one the following week. She had medications for me to help in the case I had another reaction. Today (11/10/2022), I had the first infusion with the new iron. All of the ladies in the lab/chemo room were fully aware of everything going on. They helped reassure me that if anything were to happen they were always within a few feet away from me. I was there for 2 hours and watched as they interacted with other patients. They are all so personable and easygoing. It was beautiful to watch. It’s medical offices like this that give me hope as a young woman that there ARE still good practices who genuinely care about their patients and well being. I left my infusion today feeling AMAZING. Going from chest tightness, unable to get a good deep breath, breaking out into hives, from the first two infusions to having not a single side effect from the new one. It’s very rare in my experience to find doctors who will believe you and not blame everything on anxiety or other mental health issues when you present as someone of my age. I am incredibly appreciative for the opportunity to be seen and treated by this office!!

Dr. Favaro leaves this patient feeling that he is clearly motivated to search all possibilities to arrive at an accurate diagnosis and plan to accomplish a positive result. He also has a complete staff of caring and helpful assistants.

Love your new location. My wait was short for lab & also short wait for the Doctor. All my test results were discussed & presented me with a copy. Well pleased with test results & care.

I have been going here for many years, it seems like over half of my life. My dr., Dr. Favaro is great. I feel like he truly cares about my health, and is always looking for ways to be ahead of the game. The staff is very professional and friendly. I’ve been a patient of Dr Favaro’s since 2009 He, the practitioners, nurses, and staff have taken amazing care of me through 2 different periods with cancer treatment. They are incredibly attentive to your medical and personal needs. Dr. Favaro and Hadley DeBerg are incredibly knowledgeable. I, W C Vanzant, was diagnosed with stage, four lung cancer, and it was terminal, in early August 2023, and I was given 60 days. Dr Favaro gave me the option of doing chemo and if needed radiation. With the medical care of Dr. Favaro and Hadley S. DeBerg, FNP-C, all the nurses and the staff at Oncology Specialists Charlotte, I was given hope and a chance of extending my years. My Chemo treatments and radiation have gone exceptionally well. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and provide the best care to all their cancer patients.
