Took me a while, charge it to my head and not my heart... but I just had to write about the Crystal Ballroom Rock Hill. I hold an annual Women's Tea Party and Social (this was our 10th year) and I wanted it to be a true celebration. From the moment I walked into the room to book the place, I was not disappointed. Gabe and his staff were so accommodating, so professional. Gabe truly went out of his way to make sure I was happy at every turn. I booked in February and as the months went by and we got closer to my event, Gabe and his team were right there checking off every box with me... I really did not need a coordinator. Then when it came time for the event and the decor, OMG... it was all that and so much more... as the women walked into that room, mouths were wide open. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful. We had a Cinderella theme and it was truly a Cinderella experience. Ballroom, and all. This place is not just for weddings. This place is magical. Just beautiful. Pics really don't do it justice. And the staff were absolutely amazing. Hardly knew they were there. But yet knew they were. Just blended into the background. Lisa in particular really goes out of her way for you; to make all your dreams come true. She was right by my side. This by far, exceeded my expectations of any venue. And if I could possibly hold every event I had here, I would. Hope to go back soon!!!!!

Let me just start off with our coordinator Lisa was absolutely amazing! My mom and everyone also loved her! She made our wedding perfect. It was pouring and hailing when I was running late to the venue and Lisa’s words were so comforting when she asked if I needed an umbrella to keep dry when entering the venue. Even when I was freaking out because I was rushing to get into my dress she asked me if I needed a drink and offered very calming words. She is literally perfect for coordinating such a special day under so much stress. The venue is so beautiful and the staff is just as amazing. They were apart of such a wonderful day and helping with every detail of the day. They made sure we were accommodated in every aspect even when we were a little late and off schedule. Please book with Crystal Ballroom you will not be disappointed!

Where do I begin? Thank you so much Crystal Ballroom! If you are considering this venue, please please please do not hesitate to book. If it is glamor and a grand presence you seek then this is your venue. Every vision that I had for my wedding was made possible by them. They took away all of the hard work and made our lives easier with planning. They are vendor friendly which allows you flexibility and ensure that your day includes those you want there. The decor is breathtaking and you will find no other like it especially at the prices they offer. They are truly a one stop shop. You just have to get the guests there. If possible, definitely upgrade your package it is well worth it! No rentals for supplies or dinner ware needed. Day of coordinator, bartenders, food manager and servers can all be provided. And let's not forget the wonderful and beautiful Lisa! She is the day of coordinator and she did not let us down. She is on it! She worked so hard in ensuring that our day went accordingly as planned. She even added an extra touch at the end by surprising us with a grand exit. She is the sweetest and I absolutely love her! Thank you so much Lisa and Crystal Ballroom for presenting us with a fairytale moment that will last the rest of our lives and that left guests speechless. We will never forget this day! On August 18,2023 the staff of Crystal Ballroom Rockhill gave me a fairy tale experience. Not only did I feel like a Queen, the entire night was breathtaking. The decor, lighting and atmosphere was picture perfect. I will never forget how this night made me feel. I didn’t get to say it that night but Ms. Lisa, I will never forget that night and how I felt. You my love are an amazing event planner!!!! Thank you for an amazing night!!!!

Our day turned out absolutely beautiful! Crystal Ballroom helped make our wedding day so special. The decor and lighting were “enchanting” according to our guests. Lisa was an amazing wedding coordinator/event manager and was very on top of everything. Thank you Crystal Ballroom for making our wedding day more beautiful than we could have even imagined.

From the moment we booked back in July 2022 with Gabe (he really sold us that day) till the day of the wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better staff or venue for our special day. Our day of event coordinator Lisa was top tier! Till this day people ask and brag about her and how they can book her. She was on it. People always say prepare for something to go wrong and with her there literally nothing was wrong! Even down to the decor, Courtney was amazing. She made our vision really come to life. Joe our bartender is still getting bragged out. His vibe, his personality, his work ethic was perfect. The staff, perfect. We also used one of the preferred vendors Paris Love Photography and even he was amazing! No complaints all around. If I could go back and do this day all over again I promise I would.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for the staff at the Crystal Ballroom . From start to finish, it was completely seamless. I had no cause to worry every task was executed fully from the design team the administrative team they answered the phone when I was needing to ask a question answered all questions, no matter how crazy the question was they had an answer. And the design team completely executed my vision, Day of coordinator, Lisa absolutely phenomenal. She navigated through chaos with ease. If I can give an 100 star review, I would. Because they deserve way more than five.

I went to a wedding at this location last weekend and had a great time. Everything was beautiful and there was great attention to detail. My family had an amazing time. The wedding coordinator, Lisa, was available every step of the way. By far, one of the best weddings I have been to in a long time. I wish I took more pictures but was having so much fun.
