Very knowledgeable, sweet, helpful, patient staff.. store was clean, well stocked and organized. This was my first visit this year. My birthday/Christmas gift didn't smell good on me! Thanks lady's for the terrific services.. They even gift wrap as needed. 💕💕💕💕💕 Absolutely love this store...

I don't know his name but there's one gentleman with glasses that I've seen here every time I've gone that is ALWAYS greeting customers. He's so friendly, engages in small talk, and helped me find the perfect scent for my Grandmother's birthday gift. Give this man a raise already, he derserves it!

Three shoppers in the store. Three employees standing behind the counter. I was searching the store for a specific body spray. Obviously searching for something. Not a single employee asked if they could help me find anything. That's exactly what I said to them. All three just looked up very confused. As I started to walk away, one of em said in sarcastic voice, "Can I help you find something?" I don't usually go here but someone gave me a gift of something. I enjoyed it and I thought i'd replace the empty. New customer base not going to get me.

A good place to go if you need some items for your home. The soaps are good.

These guys are great. Very willing to help you find what you ate looking for. They also helped recommend products they like. I ended up buying something from the sales lady suggestions. I was very impressed how they wiped down the card reader and counter. You go girls!

I love Bath and Body Works! Genuinely the most pleasant atmosphere in the entire mall. It is a little pricey, but you always get the best candles that you can actually smell! An employee even told me that she liked my shoes, which of course made my day. I also like how most people there wear a mask and last time I went they were actually enforcing a capacity limit (one of the only places that actually enforce it). The cashier was also really nice when one of my coupons didn't work, which was appreciated. Always love going here!
