The dine in was a good experience today. We had a nice waitress, very attentive and polite. The food was good, but it was picked over a lot. You need to get here early to get the fresh stuff. We will eat here again.

This place was so nasty and they food was not done well and I didn’t like the parking bc the rode was mess up please tell them that they need to cook well and the honey that you but on your bread tasted like somebody noted on it it was so disgusting do better.

Golden Corral Buffet located at 2370 Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730 is a very good representative of the All you can eat Buffet Chain. This new building is very nice, they keep the food well stocked and their employees are very nice and friendly. Very welcoming place to eat! Their Steak is great too. Server Justin was great!!!

This is one of the best corals I have been to in a long time. The food was hot and fresh.👍

Food was awesome. Hot and fresh. I like how the food is labeled that has pork since i do not consume the swine so that was a plus. The waitress was very friendly as well. I would recommend their street bourbon chicken. That in my opinion is the best dish😁.

It had been a while since I visited a Golden Corral and we decided this was the best place to take our youth group while we were out of town. The restaurant seemed fairly new and clean and the waitresses were amazing and patient while serving us.

The last two times we went for dinner it wasn’t that great. Today (Sunday) I thought breakfast would be good… WRONG!!! The place is just NASTY! Sat down and slid on day old food ground into the carpet. The food was bland, the pancakes I got for my 6yr old were so hard I couldn’t pull it apart. The bathrooms are disgusting!!!! Standing by the bathrooms you can see into the kitchen… I really wish I would have seen that before eating. I would have just left. All by 10 am. I don’t feel it should have been that nasty that early. It’s not staffing issues they had plenty of people standing and talking. Maybe they should close for a minute, clean and staff with good people and reopen!! I wish I would have taken pictures because the other reviewers have to be paid or family members of the employees. I know we won’t go back.

This place is beautiful!!!!! Super clean & lovely! Great parking, clean venue, and the best food quality is superb!!! And the customer service is super amazing!!!! This is not the closest location to my family’s house - it’s definitely worth the trip. We ♥️ it there.

Good food. There are several things that I didn't like which was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The waitress need to be viewing g the tables and keeping them clean. The disappear and table pile up with dirty dishes. On my last visit I had to find a waitress to clean a table for us to sit at. There was a section closed off and most of the empty tables hadn't been clean. So this left no where for people to sit. Then the gloves ro be worn while getting food is not told to everyone, this need to be expressed by the cashier as people ate entering. This would help with confusion and people not using gloves. 🙄

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went in after calling to confirm they offer the thanksgiving meal the day before for pick up as advised on their website. The employee said yes. So the next day we come in at noon and are told by a older white tall male with management on his shirt that “No no we’re not doing that we don’t have the food”. As an alternative we decided to get individual plates/buffet to to-go. There was a black younger guy on the second register who for some reason couldn’t understand what we wanted. And said to go online and order- I called the store while there and a third manager with dreds picked up and I explained the situation, he said we could just do what I had asked the cashier to do - get buffet to go & ring it up. He said he would personally carve the ham. We waited nearly an hour for sweet potatoes and stuffing along with other customers who kept asking why the long wait. Eventually another customer asked a man carving meat and he asked the manager with dreds when would the stuffing be ready and the manager yelled “when we bring it out” twice. They are the most unprofessional bunch of individuals I have ever encountered and would be embarrassed to employ them and have them represent my company. I would not recommend this restaurant to my dog and will be contacting corporate.

One of the best restaurants I've eaten at in a long time. The manager came to each table to make sure everything was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive and super friendly. Food was fresh and delish! Floors were clean, and even the bathroom was top notch! 5 Stars! Keep up the excellent work! We will definitely be back!!!

An exceptional Thanksgiving dinner was had by ALL!!! This particular location usually does a good job all the time. Today however, was exceptional in service and food quality. BRAVO GOOD JOB GUYS!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING OPEN!

More of a place to eat soul food. I’m from North Carolina where Golden Corrals have more and better options. The cabbage wasn’t good, the chicken was ok, the mashed potatoes and gravy was really the only good thing I had. Probably a place I’d go to try breakfast and nothing else.

Nice place. Great food and price. DO NOT miss this buffet ! I wil be back. Canadian!

The employees were so kind and polite, fresh food stayed coming out. Fried chicken was outstanding! Only negative was they can use some more seasoning on some of the foods. Besides that, everything was pleasant. I would dine at this restaurant again.

Need a new Grill cook ! Hated the attitude and refusal to make food you request. Asked for a med well and well done steak both looked like hockey pucks and was horrible when i seen it I said this is to done he sucked his teeth and said that's all i have and im not making them over. Horrible !! On top of that almost all food was cold . My server was awesome he was completely on top of everything and very friendly I believe his name was Will. Restaurant was ok but had to wait a while for plates.

They have definitely upgraded the food quality. Great job. Juice machines need cleaned, though. It's the 1st thing you smell, over the food.

So great! I can't say enough wonderful things about how great our experience was here! The restaurant was SO VERY CLEAN! The staff was so friendly and the food was awesome! We will absolutely be back!

Food was alright overall. Eggs were very watery, and the fruit was not very ripe. I would not recommend the breakfast from my 1 visit. The lunch and dinner is probably better. I left, and they had just placed the lunch out. It looked and smelled very good, although I did not try it. Very nice service from the staff. The waitresses were fantastic and provided great service! I will more than likely be back and will hopefully have a better experience food wise! I will adjust my rating if needed after that. Cleanliness of the restaurant was good overall. Bathrooms were clean and orderly.

We went on a Thursday evening about 6:30 and it was not that busy, but it looked like a tornado hit the buffet and dining area. I totally understand customers are messy and vacuums cannot be fired up during operational hours, but there were at least three employees refilling items with no attempt to wipe the surrounding surfaces. Several items on the salad bar had CLEARLY NOT been rotated or completely replaced, as if fresh was continuously brought in, but dumped on top of the old item. The only saving grace for this meal was the associate in charge of our section who was busting his butt to keep drinks full on all tables, and when someone left, he was there within seconds cleaning them off for the next customer. We left him a large tip because he was awesome and we told him he was awesome. We also noticed several customers who left ZERO tip for this guy, so shame on the customers who don't tip when you're provided excellent service! Just because the food/atmosphere is disappointing, don't punish your server!

Good variety however the food is bland at best. The green beans were better this time around, more flavor for sure. I get it, to satisfy the masses they have to as nonspecific work the seasoning but geesh.

It's a Golden Corral. It is what it is. The waitress that we had was great though. She did a great job. The food was so-so. The atmosphere isn't great but that's mostly because of the other patrons that you're fixed to deal with and have to walk around constantly. Plus there is no real line at the buffet either. Everyone is just kind of all over the place. I'm not a huge fan of these kind of restraunts to begin with but I have been to better Golden Corral's than this one.

The restaurant was clean & inviting. I was with a group of ppl and everything went smoothly. The price was right and the food was awesome! The waitress was professional & friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I want to say thank you for helping to make my day! 😊👍🏼

The steak cook was wonderful, but our server was a different ball game. We set our receipt on table went and got food, came back more than 10 minutes later and still no drinks or silverware. good food as always.

I stopped buffet dining many years back but visited this location as it was highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering as the inside was immaculate. There was a variety of food selections to choose from. My favorite takeaway is that the dessert bar was available at 9:30 in the morning! Though it was buffet dining, my server was available to assist with drinks and other concerns. The price was reasonable for the amount of food available. This location sets the example for others to emulate.

We had a very pleasant experience. Our server was Carlyle and she was fantastic!!! The manager was great. Food was good as to be expected for a buffet. Hot and plentiful. Salad bar was freshly stocked as well. Love the new look. We will definitely go back

I haven’t ate at the Golden Corral in a long time. Service and food was great. Facilities clean an efficient. Highly recommend at this location.

I was very pleasantly surprised during my recent visit. Previously when I did a Golden Corral in Columbia SC it was enough to ruin my going back, but we went with our middle school band to this location and I was very impressed. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was much better than I would have expected. I had steak, fried chicken, a yeast roll, mashed potatoes and gravy and that stuffed me so much I couldn’t do more. The wait staff was quick to refill our drinks and provided service with a smile. If I were to do Golden Corral again, I only trust this location. I also liked how the buffet was more open spacing so you didn’t feel like you were competing with other customers for food like you would at other locations.
