I didn't stay at the resort, we just ate at the restaurant. Our service has always been attentive and friendly. The food at the buffet was good with lots of choices. The view was great. I've hiked the area many times, and the hiking is great. The pool was also nice when I used it in the past. They have at least two gift shops at the park. They also have a sky lift to the bridge, picnic area, playground, and much more.

First visit to Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge. Nice trails, cool underground kayak experience. Reservoir was great for kayaking. Grays Arch trail was a great day hike. Middle fork campground was a good location. Road noise was distracting. Restroom could have been better maintained. I would visit again.

Stayed at the cabins here and enjoyed the quiet ambience. They definitely have some age to them but overall give you everything you need. We did find a dead mouse in our cabin and it took the staff about a day to take care of it, I would have appreciated slightly quicker reception. There is direct trail access from the resort to the natural bridge and it is awesome! Pretty uphill but only .75 miles. The natural bridge is gorgeous and provides a great view! If you are hiking to the bridge from the resort then you can’t really take the sky lift down because it drops you about 2 miles from the resort because it’s in the other side.

My wife and I only came for a few hours to do the original trail hike up to the natural bridge. It was a short and easy hike (at least for me) with nice views and the bridge was cool too. You are allowed to walk across the bridge which was also cool! For the less able or if you don’t feel like hiking up, there is a ski lift that takes you up close to the bridge and look out point. Would recommend coming here

Great place to spend the day hiking. The trails are easy to moderate. The views are breathtaking from the top of the arch. Beware that there are many stairs to climb if that might be an issue for you.

Absolutely stunning hike both ways, but would highly recommend taking the “skylift” (essentially a chairlift) at least once. Great views both on the bridge and of the bridge. Fall is a great time to go as the colors are superb!

We came just to see the arch. We rode the lift up and hiked down. The hike back to the lift was about 2 miles. You would definitely have a good hike ahead of you if you decide to hike up. It was a gorgeous arch and the hike was very fun and scenic. Amazing bluffs, tight squeezing through large rocks, very fun.

We did not stay at the resort. This review is for the natural bridge trail experience only. We parked down at the bottom of the trail. It was a steep staircase down by a water path. Then we crossed a swinging bridge and from there hiked up the mountain to the top of the natural bridge and across it to the other side to view the natural bridge and then all the way back down. There was only one gift shop on this whole trail that was open. There was a vending machine of soda outside it. No bathrooms at all on this trail in November as they were closed for our of season. The trail was clearly marked and clearly defined as to which way to go. There were stop points to sit down and rest along the way. Be very careful of the tree roots hiding amongst the leaves on the forest bed as you walk. It is easy to trip. The path to get to the top of the arch on this trail was narrow and somewhat steep. Would not accommodate a larger person easily. Nor a wheelchair or walker. The lift was not open from mid November till April; as it is off season. The view from the top was gorgeous! The colors were still visible even though it wasn't peak season for fall. We truly enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back another time to check out more trails and maybe even the Zipline!
