Ordered cinnamon crunch bagel, lightly toasted, not easy to mess that up but, it must be quite some time since they've cleaned their toasting machine because my bagel came out with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and tasting like an everything bagel. If I wanted an everything bagel, I would have ordered an everything bagel. Then, I got two bowls of broccoli cheddar soup and it was for dinner for my 7 year old and I. Let me tell you, I'm so beyond disgusted by the soup. For how expensive a bowl of soup is at this place, I expect delicious soup and I didn't get anything close to this. It was watery, tasted sour, the broccoli was mush, it was disgusting and gross and just ruined dinner. I had to go get other food for us because it couldn't be eaten. I wasted $20+ on a bagel that didn't taste like what I'd wanted and two bowls of the absolute WORST soup I've ever had. I'm embarrassed for this Panera location. As usual though, I'm more than likely wasting my time and energy writing this because I won't get a response and if I did get a response, it'd be a please accept our sincerest apologies, and that's it. It's just sad that restaurants have no pride in what they serve to their customers anymore. Most likely, I won't return to this location and unfortunately, I'd say I will never return to any Panera but, that's not true; my son's favorite soup is the broccoli cheddar so, we'll be back at some point in the distant future. Side note--what in the world did they do to their chocolate chipper cookies? They're no longer the little mini chocolate chips they used to have and they're never warm and soft anymore. They're usually close to being burnt, have huge chunks of chocolate, and most disappointing is they're not soft and warm like they used to be. This Pleasant Hills location had the m&m cookies and I do wish I'd taken a picture cause they were so burnt and brown, they didn't look appealing at all. I'd rather go buy Grandma's Cookies in a gas station versus buying the Panera ones. Overall, Panera has just gotten to be no better than a typical McDonald's or Wendy's. That isn't what I expect when I spend that kind of money for food that's advertised to be much better than what is given. I included a picture of the bottom of the bagel that has sesame seeds and poppy seeds.

Friendly and polite service, good convenient meal

The creamy chicken/wild rice soup repeated on me for the rest of the day and into the evening, at times making me feel quite ill. They used a piece of bread from near the end of the loaf for the sandwich and the crust (lots of it on this near end piece) was miserably tough and difficult to bite through. The amount of chicken salad on the sandwich was inadequate. I genuinely appreciate the atmosphere and the ability to meet with a friend for a leisurely lunch and gab session. Just wish the food for lunch was closer to par. Next time, I'm getting a bagel 🥯.

Always delicious. You can go to the counter and traditionally order your meal from the person at the register or you can place a quick order at the kiosk (super easy). The staff are always friendly. The restaurant is always clean. Food is always fresh and hot, rarely a long wait. I go to lunch here on my break a few times a week

Tasha was very friendly and helpful when she took my order. Even entered in my gift card manually with no complaint. Used to come here quite often from 2020 to 2022 with my buddy Mike.

This is my favorite Panera Bread. The layout is great because you can sit up front near the entrance to people watch or hang out further back in a secluded booth for privacy. The employees are always happy to serve you and during the pandemic they didn't horribly alter their hours like many other Panera Breads at the time or close off the dining room.

I am so sick and tired of my order being wrong every single time I order from here. Panera Bread thermalizes their Mac & cheese and it makes it taste utterly disgusting. However, special instructions are apparently useless because I still end up receiving Mac and cheese that had been sitting in warm water for hours just so they can have better "prep times". You're gonna now charge $13 for something and can't even do it right. So disappointing.

First time eating here ( not sure why either). The person who waited on me was super helpful and friendly. Will def be back.

absolutely the best Panera ever! I am under the weather today so I ordered delivery and left my driver instructions to leave my order on my porch because I’m sick. well the amazing employees saw that and left me a free cookie in my bag. so so so very sweet and made my whole day, thank you so much! ♥️

Food was good but I had to remind them about my pumpkin seeds. and I ordered extra so she corrected that. I return to work and see there’s no avocado on my salad (when I paid extra for that too). Next time, I’ll get the same soup and avocado from Walmart which will be correct. Murrysville location is always clean so I’m comparison the store was dirty and especially the glass on the doors at 115pm.

My Mac and cheese looked like this and was chunky and they were out of cookies but the chicken noodle soup was good

So today for dinner.I mistakenly picked Panera pleasant hills as my choice. The fast food chain that charges more than any other ! Anyway go in order even buy desert , wait for food and then they tell me we are closing you can eat on sidewalk on 90 degree day. So I paid for eating mediocre overpriced food to sit out in the heat and bugs. We ate outside cause I told them dine in and no one said a word . So never again all through pandemic supported these ungrateful people and now I say close it put in a place that cares about we pay your salary!! Do not recommend and look we are done eating and as I knew they are still in there closing. Unreal rudeness. Millennials . Close go out Of business . Chic fil a Never would have done this to anyone. Why in the hell would you ask me at register is this for HERE OR TO GO ! And do this ! This manager should be fired! Customer service lol it’s a me me Karen world.

The cashier attempted to wait on the lady behind me first and the lady said, I think she was first. Then while I was ordering, the cashiers cell phone rang in her pocket and she pulled it out and answered it. Then her manager came over and gave her a look like what in the hell are you doing??? But the woman who gave me my food was great! She was very kind and told be to be careful out there as we were getting hit with a snow storm.
