On line it looked like a decent place to stay for the night. There was people always asking me for a smoke or something. And when I laid my kids down and myself I found a bed bug crawling across my pillow. I had my husband take it to the front desk. We left immediately. They said they're going to refund me the price of my room.

We stayed here one night and was surprised that it wasn't rated higher. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast wasn't much, which is why I gave it 4 stars. We would definitely stay here again

25/ 30 points 4/5 Stars FOR THE PRICE I PAID: $35-55 Night before tax $260 Weekly $1,000 Monthly My name is Michael I am 21 and travel a lot all over the USA. The 7 night stay at "Luxury Inn Suites" was very decent and i would come back! Detailes on my stay: I would give this hotel five stars if they had a better maid, updated to new white linens, and replaced shower curtains. I stayed in a non-smoking room that did NOT smell like smoke upon entering the room. No loud or noisy pets or people. Management (Bob) and the staff went above and beyond to assist with any issues I had. I felt helped and very welcome. Bob is an outgoing man that treats everyone like family. 10x better than the "Sunset Inn," although they are owned by the same brothers you can tell the level of care here is much higher. I have been to all of the hotels / air b&b in the surrounding area and then some and honestly liked my stay here the most (for the price). -Amenities: 5/5 Good smell, working fridge, microwave, very hot water, good water pressure, accommodation, working A/C & heat -Cleanliness: 2/5 I found many "unaddressed" areas; linens were yellow, unvacumed areas, and didn't seem steralized. So I did it myself. -Very close 5/5 Food, drink, Free city transportation is practically across the street and very safe so feel free to take a trip to the city or wherever. Seems like everything is 15 minutes away in Lincoln so not far from anything. Very close to the airport! -Security 5/5 -Working cameras, key card entry, working locks, staff who pays attention. -First impression/ appearance 3/5 Good example of don't judge a book by its cover! I came here for an affordable room, warmth, safety, and distance from my destination. -Pricing & Accommodation 5/5 Can't beat the price for the amenities anywhere! Huge room, T.V, big bed, Great lighting, hot water, working A/C unit, working heater, awesome staff who is very helpful, professional, and kind, did not see any bugs so that's a huge plus.

Absolutely horrible. We checked in a non smoking room and within 5 minutes of being in there I felt nauseous from from the smell of mold, smoke, piss, and sweat. We also found 3 big bugs in the bathroom along with one smeared on the wall. The a/c unit was also broken so the fan only was able to face straight up towards the ceiling. DO NOT COME HERE. There were also crackheads in the lobby and parking lot.

Worst place to stay. Bugs everywhere, mold in the ceilings, mold in the shower. One of the bedrooms has such a mold/smoke smell we couldn't walk-in. The personnel where nice but the hotel doenst have the minimal conditions on cleanliness ans safety. We ended up with bug bites, there where no towels or toilet paper. Save your money and go somewhere else. Do not believe previous good reviews, they must be from another place.

This place was the nastiest place I've ever been in as far as hotels go. No hot water for a shower, the bathroom sink would not drain. In the upstairs hallways smelt like something or someone was dead. I would not stay in this place again. Not even if I was paid a million dollars. Looked as if they never cleaned the rooms. Something sticky had dried on the desk and end table. Cleaning crew must have missed that big mess. The best thing that could have ever happen to that place is to drive a big bulldozer through it about 5 times. Make sure there was nothing standing in the God awful place. If you are looking for Luxury, stay far away from this place. Don't say you wasn't warned.

My pre paid reservation wss not honored and I was forced to pay in cash for the night. Also they really need to remove the word "luxury" from the name. My peephole was missing and the trashcan was full of trash when I arrived. The building is shady and reminded me of the shining.

Terrible business. Stole money out of my friend and refused to give it back. It you have an issue with this review Luxury Inn you can call me anytime. Besides he said the room was not worth even without the deposit

Don’t stay here! Stole $20 out of my friend and he found 7 cockroaches. $100 a night, I will make sure the building gets shut down within the next couple months through legal deformation

Do not stay here for any reason. Honestly, do not bother. It is filthy and it should be condemned. Sleep in your car! It's so dirty, even the mice won't stay here.

Been over a month straight I have to wait and ask someone to let me in my room ridiculous don't come here if you want privacy or have a job literally getting threatened to get kicked out and lose 1000 bucks over just trying to get to work but they can get the keys and get into rooms they need to f this place especially that chicky night only worried about partying and getting messed up around there kid instead of their job

Ok. I gotta tell you guys. I had a few challenges. But hey - we ALL do in life. But I also gotta tell you this. I stayed at this location for about 5 MONTHS. The manager Bob was great. Thank you Bob. The ASSISTANT MANAGER JIM. WAS AWESOME. Jim went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Whatever we needed in our stay he made sure we had. He worked with us on whatever we needed. Jim went all the way. You can't get better than this. And Bob authorized this to happen for us y'all using him as our agent. The best part is I liked to clean my OWN room. But at any time I asked all I had to do was let them know the day before by 3pm and they would clean my room the next day. I just didn't like anyone in my room. So I liked cleaning my own room. And STAFF, TRAVIS and TIM are BOTH great, great guys. Not much they can't do. Or won't do to help. Overall I give this place an excellent rating for an excellent price guys with excellent service. People, meaning management and staff all mind their own business and let you mind YOURS. So THANKS GUYS - FOR ALWAYS BLESSING ME. THANKS FOR ALWAYS BEING A BLESSING. THANKS FOR BLESSING CTC.

It was quite run down. No proper maintenance. Shower curtain was covered with stains. Broken door knob. Missing light bulb. Room and toilet door was difficult to open. No fridge, microwave and phone but the staff was friendly despite the hotel flaws.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! There's holes in the wall we've found 5 roach bugs.. The door does not shut on the outside. You cannot lock your door.. The bathroom door does not shut. When you walk into the building it smells like something like something died and cigarette smoke really bad. If I could give it a -1 than I would.
