I recommend Keough Chiropractic to everyone! They have helped my family so much! A year ago I was struggling with PTSD and anxiety, infertility and just fatigued ALL THE TIME. The staff and all the doctors took the time to listen to my history and concerns with so much compassion. They actually believed me when I told them how I was feeling while other healthcare providers wanted to just prescribe pills or dismiss my concerns. Keough Chiropractic wanted to get to the root of the problem and they have done that and so much more! Through routine adjustments, home exercises, diet counseling, supplements to correct nutritional deficiencies and hormone imbalances(based on labs work) I feel amazing. They have taught me so much and it all helps! I was also able to get pregnant and delivered a healthy full term baby boy. He got his first adjustment at just 3 days old and it has helped with his reflux, sleep and for him to have a more comfortable latch when breastfeeding. They also helped my daughter with chronic constipation. She would cry and push for HOURS and was very uncomfortable. In just a few adjustments she was pooping regularly and decided to potty train because going to the bathroom wasn't so traumatic anymore. I love that they have taken the time to treat my family holistically, educate us and are so family friendly. The staff have helped hold my son and entertain my daughter while I was receiving care. They have a support group for moms, a nursing room and I have never felt like I was an inconvenience or not welcome when I had my kids with me. If in doubt, go see them. They WILL HELP YOU!

I have been dealing with a horrible case of Costochondritis and Dr Cross has been wonderful! She is not just knowledgeable and helping me heal and get through this, she is so sweet and compassionate and just really shows how much she cares! I wish all my other doctors had her "bedside manor". I also think the other staff members here have been very nice and helpful when doing the ultrasound or other treatments. I would highly recommend Keough Chiropractic!

I was in a great amount of discomfort due to long-standing back/hip issues which were aggravated by knee replacement and a broken foot. Dr Mashinter has done a fantastic job of getting my re-aligned and teaching me exercises to strengthen my muscles to hold it in place. All of the staff is wonderful!

Dr cross is like family for us. She goes above and beyond for her clients, our entire family sees her for chiropractic care. We saw her during my pregnancy and my labor was very swift only (5-6 hours and 20 mins of pushing) thanks to her adjustments.
