And the cilantro rice is not overpowered with the amount cilantro. The green beans are really tasty, too. The drinks are wild on the taste buds and so refreshing. Also got the trees leches cake and it's so light and the flavor is delicate but warm. The price for the amount of food is great too, especially considering how quality everything is. I adore Viva Chicken. The food is great. They use quality hormone free chicken. The service is fast...you don't wait more than 5 minutes on food, but this isn't "fast food". It is quality awesomeness. They also use environmentally friendly cutlery and have lots of vegetarian options. See my quarter chicken with plantains and salad...delicious. My friend had stuffed avocado (half order) with added pulled chicken.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere is awesome too! Everything was very clean here and the employee we nice and helpful. The only thing that I would change is the music. I feel like were in a nightclub, but the vibe was not like it at all.

My husband and I love viva chicken and this location never disappoints. Food is always fresh and customer service is always great. Today was exceptional though! The chicken is cooked perfectly and the skin tastes so freaking good. They have lots of healthy sides to choose from and interesting drinks like a cilantro limeade. Fresh, good tasting, and healthy. The portion was a little bit skimpy. On the other hand service was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, but try something different to see if the portion size is better.

My favorite chain ever. This is my second time visiting this place after years ago when Viva totally surprised me, with its healthy, delicious and unbelievable affordable price. I can always eat lots of peruvian salad, quinoa and grilled chicken. Please consider opening one in north east!

My first time at a Puerto Rican restaurant, after a week away having carbs felt good really good their fried rice is moist and chicken is abundent on the mealz felt good to have a rice meal after a while ! Good hygienic clean place for a quick meal ! Would definitely want to try their rotisere chicken when i visit next which ive heard is top notch !

I normally do not do reviews, but this place deserves it. I’ve never had viva chicken before and upon my first visit the atmosphere and staff were very friendly. I had trouble choosing a dish but the staff was very knowledgeable and helped recommend one of their favorites. Also, you never see managers as productive as the staff these days. Bessie was out helping and being an amazing team leader. I’m so glad I was able to experience such amazing leadership. She kept the moral of the team going and was just great with the guest and her employees. I will be visiting this location again and I thank her and her staff for providing me with such amazing food. Keep up the great work Bessie your restaurant is great!

I normally don’t do reviews, however today I knew that I had to take the time and do it. Your General Manager Bessie, is outstanding. I went in knowing you guys would be busy and even still, she managed to greet everyone with a smile and say Happy Mother’s Day. The other staff was friendly as well. I got home with my food and as usual it was outstanding, I’m never disappointed. Excellent customer service is rare these days so I’m super excited to see that this young lady and her staff know the importance of having great customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

Some of the best chicken and plantains I’ve had. Plantains bring me back to the beach every time I eat them, and these are perfect. Even with door dash delivery taking 30th minutes, hot food is still hot enough. Will continue to come back!

I don’t really leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this particular restaurant. The customer service was amazing. I had a minor discrepancy in my order and the manager, I think her name is Bessie, she helped me right away. She corrected my order without any hesitation and in a timely manner. I love that! Good customer service is hard to find now days so I had no choice but to leave a review!

I came in for a quick bite on the way to the airport and Gabe at the front counter was efficient, polite, and friendly. I ordered the Chicha Morada to drink (my favorite!), and the quinoa-stuffed avocado with the side of pulled chicken. There was a lot of balsamic drizzle on top, so the pulled chicken helped soften the flavors. It was a delicious dish and I felt healthy eating it. The lettuce was crisp, too, even under all of the food. Great spot!

I have been coming here since it opened in 2018 and it has always been a wonderful experience. In this evening we had the pleasure of being served by Josh and Alexander. Other members were quite pleasant as well even though we came in 30 minutes before closing. We understood the need to hurry and eat as it was near closing time. Although we only had a 30 minute window, Josh and Alexander still helped me with the mobile app and serviced us really well all while closing the store for the night. They held their service to a high standard and treated us as though it was still in the middle of the day. I highly recommend this location as the food is very good and the staff makes it a pleasant experience.

The food was delicious. The chicken was cooked just right, the rice was cooked perfectly and wasn’t mushy, and the staff was super friendly. Maria took my order and she was very knowledgeable, and logan was also very friendly when we asked about sauces for our meal. ( we didn’t know they weren’t out for self serve anymore). All in all this was a great experience. I recommend everyone trying them out!

I had a great experience working with Yoshi. I was having a small get together at home with family. I was following COVID social distancing practices. Yoshi helped me pull it together with choosing individual boxed lunches with sauces on the side in their own containers to supplying individual packaged utensils. He offered a choice to deliver or self pick-up. Gave me a very reasonable price, very affordable. I received a text about 15 mins prior to my pick up time that food was almost ready. When we arrived at store we just gave them a call and everything was brought curb side. Very pleasant young lady who brought food out. Very fast and efficient. Each meal was clearly marked on boxes. Plenty of sauces bagged nicely. We didn’t eat for another 45 mins after picking up food but it was all warm and delicious! I ordered the Tacu Bowl plus chicken. Very good. Everyone had a side of chaufa rice and really enjoyed it. The 3 Rotisserie chicken kids meals came with their own beverages which was nice. The serving of chicken in the kids meals was more than adequate and very good. We were celebrating a birthday and successful passing of NC state boards test for Dental Hygienist. VivaChicken was a great choice for us! Definitely recommend them. And will use them again. A shout-out to Yoshi for great customer service and smooth delivery!
