Chill spot for some nice beer. There is a plethora of options, as you might expect from a brewery, the space too is great, well worth the visit for anyone looking for a cold one.

My review is from my visit in 2019, finally got to google it : Amazing tour! Really enjoyed it. So many free samples & great atmosphere. It's super clean & organized too. Definitely want to come back to drink more of their amazing beers. They were so easy too to change my time online because we were running late. Thank you!! I'm so happy I didn't miss it.

Clean, stylish, and spacious! Every beers has its unique delicious taste. The brewery area was secured and squeaky clean. The staff were all cool and nice. The place was very organized. It offers sparkling water and still water for free. The female restroom offers good quality tampons, sanitary napkins, sanitizers, etc. I've never seen a female restroom that has this thoughtful touched just in case of emergency. Keep it up and keep us Chicagoans proud!

A great time overall. A group of us were visiting from Toronto and had some flights. Good assortment of beer and all are flavorful. They have a few games to play and popcorn is free.

Delicious beers, no food served besides free popcorn and a cool brewery tour. Saturdays tours run 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm. They fill up fast so arrive early. I also enjoyed they played classic movie on the TV's.

The beers here are fantastic! Barrel aged program is so good! The place is like a traditional beer hall. Parking can be a little bit tricky, but just something you need to plan for.

Beautiful and welcoming space. Everything we tried was fantastic. We brought food from Honey Fried Chicken. We planned on staying for one taste and ended up trying many as they were so unique. Looking forward to returning soon.

Generous people, mesmerizing flavors, and a spacious tap room to do all you can imagine. Multiple events every year to keep you entertained. If you're a big fan of barleywine or looking to contrast the goose island bourbon county stout this is one the of the places you need to check out. Annual varieties for oatmeal stouts, barlewines, and others

We have been watching Revolution brewing grow over the last 7+ years! As their popularity at the Kimball location grows so do the number of large tours that visit the space! It’s amazing for the business, but can make it difficult to find a spot if you arrive while there are 3-4 tours stopping at the site. However, great service recognizing how busy they were, good beer, and you can take limited production cases home! We will visit again but likely try to avoid the weekends.

(this review was previously unposted, originally from December 2021) What can you say about Revolution that hasn't already been said? It's been a Chicago institution for at least a decade, slinging quality beers and forever immortalized in "Drinking Buddies." Pretty cool vibe at this giant warehouse spot, surrounded by giant tanks and beers sleeping in barrels, you feel like you're peeking behind the curtain while you enjoy one of their selections. Always fun music and a funky movie playing on the monitors, it's a big spot where current safety standards are taken seriously. Admittedly, I am not a huge fan of their yearly offerings, though they are consistent as can be. For me, it's all about the barrel program. Our first trip back in a while was to sample the Deth's Tar 2021 variants, from the fresh raspberries to the deliciously balanced coconut. While slightly thinner in body than, say, their counterparts about five miles south, the flavors are right there, particularly in the non-adjuncted showcase of the Weller barrel. Just superb. Good crew. Good hang. And very good beers!

The beer was pretty good and the ambiance is pretty cool. I'd live to make it on one of the nights where they have their language café event - it sounds amazing! We were there when they were extremely busy, which meant that it was tough to find parking and the line to order a beer was long. The main reason I'm only giving them 3 stars though is because the bartenders gave themselves a generous tip automatically on our cards and out of a friend's cash. I'm from of out town so I'm not sure if this is common in Chicago, but it didn't sit well with me. I'm usually a generous tipper, but the fact that they helped themselves to ~25% tips for each couple in our group (for pouring two beers that we got ourselves with no table service) didn't motivate us to stick around for another round.
