They finally re-opened after months of renovations! I went to countless Dunkin’s near my house and work and none compare to this one! Glad to see them open again!

For having 3 drive thru windows and two lanes...it is ridiculous how backed up and slow service is at this location. 12minutes to recieve 2 egg n cheese wraps. I filmed it. Happens often. And most of the time its burnt. After 4 attempts im goin to different store

Not happy with my experience there. Placed a very simple order through the drive-through and paid right away. Received my drinks but not my food. I asked the person at the window about my order and she said ok. Never came back, waited over five minutes with people passing me by. I honked and no one came out and finally had to pull around and go inside to get my food.

Completely updated and now has a drive through. Very clean and fresh. Parking lot is now very large.

I ordered a Hot Matcha and toasted bagel…had to substitute type of bagel…… Macha was lukewarm to say the least. Took 10 minutes to get my order/ (I had prepaid at the kiosk) other customers in line left. I had to ask a worker about my order, and then he began working on it. This is unlike last week, when the manager was present. Everything went smoothly then. Perhaps the workers to need more training / supervision. The young man was apologetic, telling me he was only one of 3 working at the store, I hope this was just a bad day for workers. They seemed unsure and I saw 2 customers ASK to pay for items they had not been charged for.

The Manager is nice. But the staff is not smart. 20 mins in the drive through for a simple order

This location is very stingy with their toppings Ordered an avocado toast and paid extra for bacon , just to get one little inch piece of bacon. At this point why pay extra for bacon if you’re not going to top it right! All the other locations do way better with this easy breakfast option , how can you mess this up

You have to find a way to improve the drive through speed. Waiting for one cup of coffee for 6 min when it isnt busy isnt worth it. I have been comin to you for 3 years daily.
