people park their car in the online pick-up spots. I called the store and complained that I'm not able to get my items because there's no spot left because people park and go shopping. I was told to come inside the store and get my order. What is the point of ordering and requesting pickup if this is what I have to deal with. Customer service is ridiculously horrible.. I am just going to take my business to Target, where I'm guaranteed a spot at the drive up to get my items.

It’s ok, if can avoid I would. Parking is hard, even though they have a huge parking lot. People are rude and have lost all good manners. They hit you with the shipping cart, and don’t even said, “excuse me”And you have to scan and packed your own stuff it’s just ridiculous. They are a multi millionaire corporation and not to have cashiers, shame on them.

Nice store. Clean. Plenty of self checkout registers. Lines move pretty well in this high volume store. Only issue I saw at this store was parking. The lot is small relative to the store size and sight lines can be limited. Be careful!

Good Walmart nice people inside there’s Burger King and beauty and more. I love self check out it’s easy, fast and reliable . It is a big parking lot, but always busy and hard to find parking near by the entrance .

Yessenia is worst customer service representative, she kept rolling her eyes, rude And just walked away. Without explaining, just showing how much she hates her job. I could understand hard job , but I was very polite, understandable, patient . Called customer service , they sent me email with solution she didn’t care. Whole situation was not my fault, the system was glitching or something like that . I asked manager she responded that she was manager too.

Great prices even though overall prices are rising higher and higher across the country! You just need to watch what items priced at checkout since they have switched to more of a self checkout policy, some items price more than posted on the shelf! Walmart stated that they may be closing more stores due to theft, I say taking the approach to self checkout is the problem! Sometimes I prefer to check myself out and other times I don’t due to the fact that you still need an associate to come and assist you with some items I’m not ringing up correctly, not priced correctly. Not everyone is familiar with how to look up fruits and vegetables that may not have a scanner tag. It took me a while to learn how to do this. Overall, I think most of us love going to Walmart. It’s a great neighborhood store that offers more than just food. Which offers clothes, cosmetics, accessories furniture, electronics, toys, etc. which replaced the stores of yesteryear, like Kmart, ventures, etc! Personally, I don’t see Walmart ever closing down or going out of business as personally. I don’t see any major competition that they have when even TARGET, has become more of a high end sort of department store! Otherwise known as TAR JE’ lol

Need many more employees! A couple of the ones in plain view were doing nothing! If you're on break, get away from the door where people can see you. I was using the pick up option. This was before the holiday crunch - I had to wait half an hour + to get my order. I wasn't the only one going to the employees only door to find out what happened to my order. This was not the only time this happened. I'm currently picking up at the Walmart 5630 W. Touhy. Much better set up there.
