I
went
to
Banfield
by
North/Clybourn
for
years
without
any
issues.
I
would
meet
with
the
vet
in
the
small
rooms
and
my
appointments
were
mostlyon
time
and
done
in
about
30
mins
or
less.
When
that
location
closed
I
tried
Elston
for
the
first
time
in
2022
and
it
is
an
absolute
nightmare.
I
had
an
appointment
scheduled
months
in
advance
for
9am.
I
dropped
my
dog
off
and
thought
it
was
odd
that
someone
took
him
into
a
back
room
that
was
filled
with
dogs
in
cages
all
barking
angrily.
I
was
waiting
in
the
lobby
by
the
receptionist
for
30
minutes
thinking
a
few
vaccines
would
be
done
in
that
time
and
maybe
they
aren’t
meeting
the
vets
in
small
rooms
due
to
Covid?
After
sitting
there
for
a
half
hour
I
asked
if
they
knew
how
much
longer
it
would
take
and
they
told
me
a
few
hours.
No
heads
up
in
advance
so
I
wasted
time
sitting
around
and
then
had
to
drive
home
and
wait
hours
later
to
drive
back
to
pick
up.
This
location
is
horribly
mismanaged
and
understaffed.
This
is
not
the
fault
of
employees,
as
even
the
automated
phone
messages
make
claims
of
staffing
and
vet
shortages.
Yet
this
multi-billion
dollar
company
clearly
forces
them
to
schedule
more
appointments
than
staffing
can
handle
to
maximize
profits.
You
should
consider
the
poor
quality
of
care
and
time
you
will
waste
here
due
to
this
cost
cutting.
I
believe
the
scary
reviews
here
about
misdiagnosis,
an
obvious
effect
of
a
company
that
schedules
hundreds
of
appointments
each
day
between
a
couple
of
vets
and
one
receptionist.
I
set
an
appointment
with
a
local
vet
and
will
never
waste
my
time
or
risk
my
dog’s
health
by
going
to
Banfield
ever
again.
