Cannot Recommend! They rip you off in any way possible. Overpriced and many additional surcharges for „all inclusive“ activities. Stay away and look for something else! The rooms’ isolation is very bad, not only do you hear the paddle tennis players every night but they also determine your sleeping schedule (24:00-08:00). No heating, very small rooms. The only good thing are the receptionists Selia and the boys, who manage that you leave the house with a smile on your face. The rest of the staff very unfriendly, unhelpful and stingy. Gladly moving out soon.

This company scams people. They don't care about their customers at all! I booked a room and canceled in September because I didn't need it anymore. I was supposed to get 50% of the deposit back as the contract states. Asked several times via phone, no one is responsible. Sent several emails, no one replied. Never got my money back. The contract doesn't matter to them. Be careful guys, stay away!

I agree with everything said : very small studio, staff isn't nice, the paddle tennis all day and night that makes noise and light, no heater. Also be aware they don't give back the deposit. Don't pay your last month, this is the only way to get it back

The rooms are very very small with almost no storage and there is no isolation regarding sunlight and sound. Be careful regarding the terms of contract! You cannot give up without paying the full contract! The staff is very nice and helpful!

The rooms are really tiny, no central heating, wifi is not working everywhere, kitchen in the room is too small, not enough kitchen equipment, kind of cheap from Smart Studios. You have to pay extra for washing laundry and the bigger kitchen. And for that it is way too expensive. Therfore, at least you have nice people and a cool area.

Normally, I would rate this place a 3 or maybe a 4. However, if your apartment is situated on the back-side of the building it is facing 4 padel-tennis courts roughly 50 m away from your window. Even with the window closed the noise is so annoying that you can't properly work, read or sleep. The courts are open from 8 AM until midnight every day of the week. The operators of SmartStudios are aware of this problem but still haven't come to a solution for it. So as long as you don't get a room on the front-side of the building, do not stay in this place! Generally, the staff is friendly. The building is modern and the rooms are super small, but clean. Everything is a bit overpriced, for example the rent or the washing mashines (5 € for one round of washing and drying).

Black mold in the rooms, paddel court that keeps you up from early morning to late at night, internet doesnt work properly, the app to enter doesnt work properly, the rooms are tiny with no space to move. No value for money and they refuse to pay back desposits, their contracts are illegal and they do not care about their residents. Absolute scam artists. The price is twice what i would pay for a student apartment in Sweden and 1/3 of the size.

Staff is unresponsive, cannot reach them through neither email nor phone. The wifi is absolutely garbage, as a remote worker that was not what I signed up for. Don’t be misled, the community is great, but do not give credit for the company or the space for that!

About an year ago i stayed there for two weeks. I come from germany and never gave anybody my mobile number exept these guys, because otherweise you cannot open your door. Today, ive got portugese messages for "discussing ETF" for it. Ive never agreed to anything like this.

The paddle ball startes 0700 until 0100 if your located in the back units, construction on new building in the front units. Staff unfriendly at time of check-in, lost one day because of electronic reservation, which was blamed on our 3 electronic devises. Received several emails stating we have not paid only to find out at time of check-in, the girl didn't process the deposit and payment, and if we don't pay we would not be able to enter the building or our room. Our deposit was then forwarded for another location, one month later. Due to change of plans we had to cancel, requesting a full refund. We have been advised they will retain 100% of the deposit. The contract (13 pages) states full to a percentage return depending on the time frame. We DO NOT RECOMAND THIS COMPANY OR IT'S LOCATION DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF HASSLES, IE NEVER-ENDING INTERNET PROBLEMS WITH LOCKS, ELEVATORS. To this date we have not received any part of the refund.

Overpriced apartment. The fire alarm is stupidly sensitive. THE SECURITY ENTERS YOUR ROOM WITHOUT YOUR AGREEMENT. The equipment are old and malfunctioning. The toliet in bathroom can actually move….

They generally provide good service. However, the rooms are very expensive for their size. In addition, although it has study rooms and a couple of spaces to watch television in a group, it does not have many entertainment areas. In summary, it is a good place, but it is very expensive for what they offer

Big apartment house. Nice rooms, well organized and friendly staff.

Quite nice. The rooms are not that big but it’s what has been advertised. I really like the spaces like the terrace and lobby. Even though I’ve read many people complain about the pádel court noise I haven’t been bother by it. With the window of the balcony closed you can barely hear it. (I am at the third floor, in front of the pádel club) The staff is very nice and friendly.

Better options for people who come Lisbon first time and find friendship community and good location for living on first 6 months. I prefer t1 room in smart studios and takes more comfort. You can used rooftop terrace anytime, cowork and other rooms for you work or chill. 10 minutes walking and you can work or network in Nova Bussines School. 15 minutes - Carcavelos Marina and beach. Very clean and comfortable area compared to Lisbon. And ofc- better support inside SmartStudio(Nido) High recommended in your first trip in Lisbon.

internet is almost never working, the NIDO is charging people for every sneeze, false fire alarms, rent prices similar to renting a house. NOT RECOMMEND

Nice studio! Rooms have good space utilization, good furniture, balcony, good services and staff is very kind.
