This office is convenient, easily accessible and quite pleasant. The staff is absolutely personable and friendly. Erica took genuine care of my Mom. Taking the time to fine tune her hearing. Going out of her way to insure her comfort in minimal time while still giving extra time to insure perfection. I cant say enough about our visits. Its smooth, kind and state of the art the way health care should be. Something you dont find as much as once upon a time . Careful what ya say... Mom hears everything now :) Thank You guys!

I was referred to Penta hearing care by a friend for my hearing issues. I was greeted at the front desk by Damaira, who was very informative, and cheerfully answered my initial questions. I was given a hearing test by Courtney, who determined that I was a candidate for hearing aid. I decided to think about it and returned a couple weeks later to pick a hearing aid that would fit my needs. I again met with Courtney who patiently explained all the different options for the type of hearing aid that would be best suited for me. I decided on which one I would buy and she explained all the help and maintenance that Penta would supply after purchase. Damaira assisted me by filling out my insurance forms for reimbursement and also offered me different payment options. All in all a very positive experience, would highly recommend Penta.

I love the people and the service they provide. I usually deal with Marci and Larry who are fantastic, but today I met Jackie and Dee who were just as helpful and knowledgeable. Because of the multiple locations I am able to utilize both Princeton and Jamesburg offices depending on my schedule and where I’m at that particular day. Their locations are convenient and they are always willing to accommodate me with my weird work schedule.

I had a great experience with Marci today. Not only is she is a very nice woman but she was very helpful and informative. I made my next appointment with Marci who is the only one I would like to see. I left there feeling confident and informed and I'm looking forward to my next appointment! If I can give more than 5 stars I would and it would be very appropriate to do that.

Jackie is very patient and great to work with. I have my hearing aids about 3 months now and I am very satisfied. The plan that covers extra visits is well worth it.
