HORRIBLE customer service! They are rude. They do not value customers’ business. I ordered an item for pick up. They would not confirm if the order arrived. Yet complained that customers order things and never pick them up. Gee I wonder why. Next thing I know I get an email that my order was canceled. 20 mins later I get an email that my order is ready for pick up at the original price. Not the discounted price I received when I placed the order. I go to the store to pick up the item. I’m the only one in the store and they’re ignoring me. They won’t look for my item. They won’t charge me the price I paid when I placed the order. I called hallmark while standing in the middle of the store. Told them the whole story. They order me my item at the discounted price and had it shipped to my house. I will never ever step foot in that store again!!!!

Ordered an ornament on Dec 2, they charged me for it same day, and never received my order. I contacted the shop via message thru the shop app, through email, and also phone and still never received it. I spoke to someone who said they were going to check on my order and they never reached back out to me. Update: my order was cancelled even though no one reached out to me. This place should be closed down. Terrible customer service.

Placed an order online almost 2 weeks ago. Order has not been updated, still hasn’t shipped, but my card was charged for the order. Attempted to contact the store multiple times and received no response.

Nice store but I buy a $7 card and I don't get a bag to carry it and keep it clean!! It also advertises as a Hallmark store but they sell American Greetings cards at full price. This brand is usually discounted at most stores. I thought I was purchasing a Hallmark card and thought the quality was not up to Hallmark card quality. Didn't realize it until I got home.

Used to love this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful except for the African American gentleman who says he runs the place. Always an issue using coupons when he is at the register. Never have issues with anyone else ringing me up using hallmark coupons.

One of the few Hallmark stores in NY They have everything you need especially their Christmas collection.
