I went to the Elmont location with my Grandma and was completely blown away by my salesman Jamel. His greeting very warm and welcoming. He answered every question with pin point accuracy and made us feel extremely comfortable with his professionalism. We are his customers now for life.

Had a very dope experience with Jamel (8959). He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the product. He taught me oled technology in a way that was so simple. He gave me every reason to make the purchase. I was trying to hold out but he was so thorough and informative I was happy to give him the business. My wife and I are his customer for life now. i felt like the sale was easy and great and as well no issue with the employee. my issue is i purchased a macbook pro in october, im already in apple getting a repair done because of the charging port. thank god i gave in to purchasing apple care but it’s inconvenient especially paying over $1k for the laptop i shouldn’t really be in an apple store a month later

walked into the store with the intention of buying a TV. However, the salesman seemed too preoccupied with discussing the NBA Finals with his co-worker, leaving me to wander around and browse the TVs without any assistance. As I was about to leave, feeling frustrated and confused, I stumbled upon a better deal at a competitor's store and quickly made the purchase from my phone on the spot. As I was walking out, the salesman asked if I needed any help. I replied with a mix of confusion and relief, telling him I was good and that he could carry on with his conversation about the game.

The manager Rich is extremely helpful. He was also very knowledgeable of all products sold in the store and was patient with me. I did not receive as great of service in other types of stores. I will definitely be coming back and hope he’s there to help again! Thanks Rich!

I recently had my fridge go out, and so I started looking at a new one. John helped me and gave me some solid options. Ultimately, I chose one of the Samsung fridges with the fancy screen. I’m not sure that I would have gone with one without John’s help, but I’m super stoked to no longer have warm soda in my household. Now I can watch TV on my fridge while sipping on my cold soda! Awesome service in this PC Richard location. Gave us an awesome deal on a new tv and some appliances. Definitely better than shopping at any other retailer and the customer service is superb. Purchased a stainless steel refrigerator for $1400 with a warranty package. Within a few months the ice machine broke. Not too long after the front of the fridge started to rust. I called to inquire about it, and I was told that they can't do anything. What's the sense of buying a stainless steel appliance if it's going to rust. It's always welcoming when you spend your hard earn money, but when something goes wrong and you need help it's a problem.

The crew is great . At the door Everybody is ready to help. With this atmosphere you feel so confortable to ask any questions about the product. Love that store.

I was without a refrigerator for a month due to delays, excuses, or new protocol from warehouses, when I decided to go to PC Richard & Son in Elmont. Salesman Pierre Farrow listen to me express how unfortunate it was for me to get a refrigerator. He knew how to solve the problem and help me understand that what I needed was a counter depth refrigerator. He kept his word and made sure my new refrigerator was delivered, installed & old refrigerator hauled out. I like to give him 10 Stars! Also there was the delivery man Ralph who brought in the new refrigerator from the warehouse, he knew what & how to install without excuses or delays. He too will get 5 stars for his professionalism work.
