I
have
been
taking
classes
at
both
Club
Pilates
studios
in
Lake
Grove
and
Miller
Place
for
almost
2
years
now.
I’m
an
experienced
“exerciser”
and
I
probably
have
tried
everything
there
is
and
was
in
the
past
40
years.
At
this
point
I
can
honestly
say
I
will
continue
to
practice
Pilates
for
the
next
40
years,
if
possible!
What
I
have
come
to
realize
in
these
past
2
years
of
taking
between
4-5
classes
per
week
is
that
you
can
get
a
real
good
workout
that
brings
your
heart
rate
up
(as
if
you
are
running
at
a
fast
pace)
in
the
class
without
doing
cardio.
If
this
is
your
goal,
the
key
is
taking
classes
that
are
challenging
to
you
and
focusing
on
the
right
forms.
In
other
words
always
aim
to
challenge
your
fitness
constantly.
What’s
good
about
CP
is
that
they
offer
different
types
of
classes
besides
Flow,
which
goes
up
to
Level
2,
jand
is
extremely
challenging.The
FIT
class
is
also
awesome
and
very
challenging!
These
classes
will
increase
your
heart
rate
for
sure!
I
have
been
taking
Banu’s
classes
from
the
beginning
and
I
can
say
that
her
classes
have
made
a
big
difference
in
my
fitness
levels.
There’s
never
a
day
that
I
walked
out
of
her
class
not
feeling
challenged.
She’s
very
creative
and
she
kicks
out
butts.
She
is
experienced
in
teaching
and
practicing
Pilates.
And
best
of
all,
she
pays
attention
to
everyone
in
her
classes.
She
knows
what
each
of
us
needs,
our
strengths
and
our
weaknesses.
She
always
gives
the
modifications
for
more
challenge
and
for
injuries
or
limitations.
I
would
recommend
Club
Pilates
to
anyone
who’s
looking
to
improve
their
fitness
and
to
make
positive
changes
in
their
lives
mentally
and
physically.

love
it!!!
