A nice Chick-Fil-A which met my expectations. There is decent seating inside with the usually play-land area. That being said it’s not a very open design, which makes it feel a little cramped in the seating area. The staff is super friendly and the drive-thru is very convenient. There is outdoor seating during the warmer months.

We visit Chic fil A everyday in our hometown of VA. We get excellent service. We are visiting our grown children and grandkids. This place had dirty tables and high chairs! 2 employees passed our table and never offered to take our dirty tray. We had an active toddler and baby!

Disappointed they didn’t have the avocado lime dressing for my salad. Even more that I ordered only mandarines for my 6 yr old and I was told “ That this specific location has to charge you for 2 cups.” $6.58 This is what I get for not going to the one I always go to on Haddonfield road and they never give me an issue and always have everything. Cooking supplies also stored in the playground area ??? Restroom did not have toilet paper. Oh DO NOT ORDER THE SALAD WAS NOT FRESH

Gave my son an after birthday celebration 3 weeks ago (end of November 2023) and all the kids wanted Chick-fil-A. We were a few minutes away from the Cherry Hill location and went there. It was perfect. I had 9 people total included 7 kids and 2 adults. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was great. No line so went straight to counter to order individual meals. Food was given promptly, staff was courteous and welcoming, great atmosphere, bathroom and dining area was cleaned well. The playroom had a bench inside of the room for parents to monitor children. There was a pleasant staff worker (don't know name) cleaning the dining area that went out of her way to refill our drinks, have good conversation and make sure we were comfortable. This was a perfect location for the occasion and we will definitely return. Thank you Chick-fil-A for helping my son enjoy his birthday celebration on the spot. You all are a wonderful crew exhibiting excellent teamwork and customer service!!!

I had Chick-fil-A only twice in my life. Last year and last week. Two different locations. The waffle fries were soft, not crispy at all. The chicken "filets" were miniature and nothing to write home about. I guess it's just not my type of food. We went to the Cherry Hill, NJ location. The staff was super friendly. One boy named I think Raul was our cashier and was very nice. One other employee offered us drink refills.

Ordered fries and tenders, fries were hot but tenders were VERY cold. Unfortunately I did not realize it until I had already driven away and did not care to take the time to get new tenders. Disappointing and haven’t been back since, left a bad taste in my mouth literally.

Went for lunch. Can always count on a Chick Fil A to get my order right and have everything I want. Great location, hard working staff. Thank you

Fries are never filled which is why I started ordering larges. They still don't fill them.

Service here is always fast and wonderful. The staff are friendly. We host our bi-weekly church circle meeting here and the environment is great for us to have a great conversation. Thank you for letting us use your space.

I dine in at this location. Wow the food is ready in like less than a minute. Its amazingly fast. And delicious of course.

The order came out really fast. Due to the pandemic, it seems that to-go orders are much more. It was quite, and my favorite kids’ tiny play ground is not available for the time being. Buy, still it is a nice place to have a good chicken sandwich.

I was just there and I received the most polite customer service EVER from Alanna!! She was so kind and made an experience like going through the drive through feel fun. Great employee she deserves a promotion!! Also it took not even five minutes for me to get my food, overall great experience.

I can say I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. 🥰 I believe every teenager in the country should be required to work at a Chick-fil-A for at least a year LOL. What a great experience and training ☺️

I talked to a manger on Friday September 29, 2023 and told her my chicken tenders was not done. And I told her I worked in Mount Laurel that I didn't plan on coming back out that way but could she refund for the chicken strips. She was like no unfortunately I have to do refunds in person. I said okay what can you do she said she would accommodate me on the clock. Send me rewards also give me a free meal I didn't receive either or which was really mean you know I was at work starving because my strips wasn't done smh never again
