I have been going to this salon for over 10 years. The staff are always a pleasure to be around. Additionally, its hard to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair, and Janice Egan can do a great cut that I can work with on a daily basis. They work with you to find the right appointment time for you, even if it’s a few texts back and forth or calling, or if an unexpected opening occurs, they contact you. I also had waxing by Traci. Professional and good waxing supplies used.

Evie does a great job with my cut and color. Since she has started doing my hair I always get compliments at work and from my husband.

Lauren has been my stylist for over 15 years. She is so talented. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair cuts and color. She has such an eye for what looks good on someone. A natural talent! I highly recommend Platinum Hair Design And I highly recommend Lauren for beautiful color and cut. The owners Diane and Jacqueline are the best. And so are the other stylists that work there. The customer service is outstanding. There are many other salon services available as well. I would never consider going anywhere else!

I went the other day and got under layers in my hair by Elvi. The whole staff seemed friendly! Elvi always does a great job with my hair cuts and with lightening when I used to get balayages :)

A manicure and pedicure from Mary Frances is a wonderful experience. Mary is the best I have ever had. Mary takes so much care with my cuticle's and hands. The manicure and pedicure look so good its really its a pleasure ... and it lasts. I also get my hair done at Platinum and feel very lucky to also find a professional stylist and hair colorist with Janice. I have very thick hair and I am always happy that my hair is in her hands. She knows what is best for my hair listens to my concerns . I always look and feel great when I leave and receive complements on how I look. I am always confident that who I send there will be happy with the Platinum Service!

Nancy was phenomenal! She put in fabulous extensions, colored, high lighted and styled my hair to perfection. She really creates magic. I would highly recommend her work. Everyone at the salon is super sweet as well. They really make you feel welcomed.
