This Chick-fil-A location is one of the worst locations I've been to. We ordered our food and it was made very poorly. The chicken nuggets weren't breaded very well or cooked crispy how we asked for them. The French fries were undercooked and soggy even though we asked for them to be crispy as well. My grilled chicken sandwich was cold as ice. While I waited for the new sandwich, some of the women employees were making comments about my description of the sandwich like the mask hid their voices. They only took my sandwich back and microwaved it instead of making me a new one. Also, the customer service after ordering the order was horrible. After I received my sandwich, I went and sat down to eat. The employees stood there, laughed, and talked about the whole situation while my family and I sat in the dining room and ate what was edible. Chick-fil-A needs better standards on food quality and employees. I didn't even try to return it because I was so disgusted after the way the employees conducted themselves when I came up about the cold sandwich. If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would give them zero.

I use to love this location more than any Chik fil A in the Voorhees/ Cherry Hill area. Tonight after leaving the gym, I purchase a market salad, and a kids meal for my son. I made it home, as I was finishing up my salad, I found a hair in my salad! I am so disappointed ! Immediately after eating it and seeing the hair - I felt instantly sick ! I’m so disgusted!

Never been so disappointed in my life in Chick-fil-A. I have never seen such a poorly done chick-fil-A sandwich that was completely inedible. I didn't know that was possible at this chain of restaurants. It's as if they press the life out of the chicken in the grill. I didn't know chickens could be so hard. Totally had to throw away the entire sandwich. Such a waste.

Everything they have is delicious, except for the cheese sauce. I would not recommend that. I love their market salad with nuggets with lite Italian dressing. Their waffle fries are delicious. So far, they haven't disappointed me yet.

Chick-fil-A, I can't really say anything that everybody doesn't already know. Leaving a review for Chick-fil-A is like a San Diego weatherman. It's the same everytime, never had a bad experience here, or any of their locations for that matter.

Everything was fine, but I think a little overpriced. We took 2 burgers, 1 wrap and drinks for $35(!). Maybe it is okay cause of current situation with economy… I do not know… but overall place is clean and nice, stuff very friendly and kind.

I don't frequent fast food except Chick-fil-A on occasion. Maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Despite the super long double lines service is super quick at the drive thru. The sandwiches are very good and I've had their peach milk shake which is ahhhmazing!

My family and I went to eat here at around 8 pm on Friday. When we arrived we were told that the main seating are was closed for clean up. They told us we could sit in the small area near the bathrooms, which were also closed for clean up. We could not use the bathrooms the entire time we were there, and the person cleaning the bathrooms kept the doors opened and we could smell the odors from the bathrooms. I don't understand why they start shutting down so early when the restaurant closes at 10 pm.

We actually went to Chick-fil-A tonight. The food is amazing. Always a good experience. I highly recommend this business.

I don't really eat fast food, but on the rare occasion, Chick-fil-A is the one place that I will indulge. The chicken is always fresh, service is friendly and fast.

#1 Top NJ fast food restaurant! It is always clean inside and out. They have it down to a science. The chicken and potatoes are the best!!

Very helpful staff of kids working hard and doing a great job. My son loves their play area. But, I typically avoid Chick-Fil-A because they're hateful politics. They are good in a pinch to feed my son and have healthy options. Definitely not my favorite.

Went in after my haircut at Rizzieri school-(awaiting 3pm massage@ The Healing Arts Center-next door.) Well-the Grilled chicken sandwich NEVER disappoints! 😋 Always Delish! Yum! I sat out on patio a nice day too! Tables had umbrellas, and it Did drizzle so I jus' stayed there! Fast Service, Great sandwich, very attractive outdoor seating! This place I had envied- thinking- 'They Must be making a Fortune Here!' *A great business venture!😉👌🏼Smart xTen

Update 5/8/23: the last 10 visits, 5 of my orders were botched, forcing me to go inside. Not to mention they mess up the order, then expect you to pay because what I ordered (grilled nuggets) cost a teensy bit more than what they gave me (standard nuggets). I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake, they need better training and I need to stop giving this location another chance.

I have had a couple of bad experiences at this location. However, today was different. I ordered 4 meals(w/ 4 drinks) but when I got home, I only had 3 meals and 4 drinks. The meals were for the individuals that I serve. I called the restaurant and I told the manager that I was missing food. He already knew before I could even say my name.(interesting). I arrived back at the restaurant to get my food. I asked if I could get another drink for my inconvenience and the Manager said No. I stated that it was for an individual with disabilities plus for my inconvenience.( that wouldve shown great customer service) He put the cup back under the counter and then proceeded to get rude with an employee who seemed to have some type of disability. I will not eat here again, if that Manager(Dave) is present. I order from this store on a consistent basis because my clients enjoy the food. Sincerely, Disgruntled customer.

The sandwich wasn't very good this visit. It was only lukewarm and the breading was cooked too crispy. My friend's sandwich was piping hot though and mine was only minutes after so not sure how that happened. Usually I really enjoy chick fil a bit this time was just, eh.

Ordered a simple Cobb salad with avocado dressing got all the way home and the put the wrong dressing in the bag when I went back and asked for refund they said I could just give you the correct dressing. I said you should’ve done that the first time you lost my business for good this is what’s wrong with our youth today working they are looking at their phones instead of taking care of customers or talking and not reading the slip. The best thing was, they thought it was no big deal for me to have to go out of my way drive back and forth waste my gas to be insulted and said well I can just give you the correct dressing.

this is a great place to eat. I recently went to to chick fil a and an employee named Nevon helped me and he was a very nice kid. I highly recommend coming to chick fil a if you haven't.
