I went there today before work to use my coupon for a free frozen coffee and also purchased a apple crumb donut. A woman rung me up. When I got to work and opened my bag, there was a long peice of black hair wrapped around my donut (the same hair color of the woman at the register). I immediately called the store. The same woman answered the phone and as i was explaining (very calmly) she hung up on me. I called back thinking we got disconnected. I explained to her that there is a long hair on my donut. The woman said absolutely NOTHING. Either she sat on the phone in silence or put the phone down just ignored me completely. I am DONE spending my money at foreign owned franchises. They come to the country to take our money and thats it. They have no knowledge in customer service or how to handle things properly and could care less. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm done with Dunkins for now on. Only supporting American owned business.

Very delicious coffee! And quick service! Very nice ladies behind that counter! It's just ONE AWFUL customer that was there on 9-27-22! He tried to get a free coffee and was very ignorant to those ladies...I HAD to tell that bad excuse of a human being to stop being ignorant and do NOT speak to those ladies like that! Hopefully he never goes in there again! Do u feel like a real man screaming at people like that? Because all u did was show a little boy how men should NOT act! That little boy watched u the whole time...us adults r supposed to be role models for these children! Not show them to be an as*h*le! GROW UP!

The staff there were polite and courteous. All DD coffee is not the same although I'm sure they've been taught the and way. The coffee here was great! The right amount of sugar and cream. The refresher was also great. They don't have a drive thru, but it's worth the second it takes to walk in. The only ding I would give them is, the bathroom was out of order

Honestly I love this Dunkin. I’ve been coming a few years and they are so friendly. The great customer service and hospitality from the ladies who work here keep me coming back! I recently gave birth to twins, when I was pregnant they always asked how everything was going and now that the babies are here they always ask how they are. These ladies need a raise 💗

Great customer service. Yogesh was very kind, I mistakenly ordered a hot coffee and he replaced it with a new iced coffee, although it was my fault. Very clean as well would highly recommend this Dunkin.

The 2 younger girls that are currently working there now, they are rude & laughing & I brought up in 4 cups & got 2 back & laughing at me!!! SO RUDE & it’s ashamed because I love your store & I’m always coming in, or using Door Dash because I’m staying at the Travelodge hotel, so I can’t always walk from being disabled & It makes me so mad that I can’t do a lot!!!!

Ordered online and the order was not fulfilled until everybody there got theirs even though mine was first and I was waiting.

Don't be misled by the 4-star reviews like I was. Stopped here for breakfast; I've had Dunkin' hundreds of times before at various other locations. The food here that our entire family ordered all tasted absolutely terrible and all ended up in the garbage. Even the coffee was watery and awful. Would not recommend.
