5/5 for burger 1/5 for fries We have been to many five guys, never had bad fries. This time you could not eat them. We even complained and got new fries, they were even worse. Are using old oil?

Everything is fresh here. Burgers made to order, fries hand cut, even the free peanuts are fresh. Lots of toppings to choose from or don't chose, take all of them! Basic burgers have two patties, small has one. Service is fast and friendly, place is clean.

Always great food. The milkshakes have a variety of flavors, bacon if your brave enough to try it, I haven't. Still my favorite burger spot after at least 15 years of going here.

The food was amazing! I had the cheese burger, my fiance had the bacon cheese burger, and we shared a large fry! I usually don't like restaurants bacon, but the next time we go, I'll be getting the bacon cheese burger, too! The bacon was extremely good!

The burgers were delicious and the fries were fantastic. It did take a while for our order to be prepared but it was busy and we weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a big deal. My son loved it!

I placed a pick up order over the phone, when I got home I started eating and half way through eating my burger there was a bug in the meat. Not just a piece of a bug, the whole body. At first I thought it was a grill scraping or a burnt mushroom but upon pulling it out, I discovered it was a bug, it looked like a black beetle or a roach. I called back to let them know we were coming and when we got there we were able to get a refund however, it was a disgusting and disturbing experience.

I'm sorry, but if you don't know the difference between a hamburger and a hot dog, you're not getting any better of a rating from me. I ordered two hamburgers and a hot dog, all three "to go." I didn't look in the bag before leaving, I ASSUMED my order was correct. How you can mess that up by giving me three burgers I will never know. My burger, my wife's burger and my mother's burger all tasted good, but my wife wanted the hot dog. I checked my receipt when I got home and it shows three burgers, so the overall mistake started with the cashier. Also, the MASSIVE AMOUNT of fries in the bottom of the bag was NUTS! By the time I got home the paper bag was "wet" with oil. The attitudes of the employees is the icing on the cake, very zoned out, non-emotion faces. Overall a bad experience and not one that I'm willing to try again.

Maria was awesome. She is so kind and helpful. Very hard worker. She really investigated and answered my questions. She deserves a raise. Good employees are hard to find. Five star service!!!!

I enjoyed my burger for sure ! They give ya plenty of fries too( for the ride home) Love my chocolate banana milk shake, wish it was a bit larger size though. Thanks

Love the food here it’s always good. I just wish they had turkey or beef bacon also…everyone don’t eat pork products and I sometimes want bacon on my burger….five guys I thing y’all need to include another type of bacon on y’all menu also….thanks

Burgers made with quality meat although very well done. Very expensive for a burger joint.

Burger was very good but there was waaay too much salt on those fries.
