    I am writing this on behalf of my son. Saturday Nov 18th my son was eating at this chic fil a with friends. He ordered a salad he took a bite of a fork full and bit into a stink bug, immediately he knew something didn't taste correct so he spit it out. Brought it to management's attention , they reimbursed him for his meal and offered free food. That is just down right nasty and in my opinion they should do a much better job. I do not eat there and never will, nor will he anymore.

    This is truly the slowest chick fila. Every time I go there I get mad at myself for going back. They have the 2 lanes but only 1 is ever open. They have 1 person standing directly next to the speaker taking orders… just have the person take them over the speaker at that rate! The order window is slow. It always takes forever. If they staffed up, they’d make a lot more money.

    The food must be good because I've seen so many people literally risk dying in motor vehicle accidents trying to make a left-hand turn into this particular Chick-fil-A. We're talking 'truck-blaring-horn-while-I-narrowly-avoid-certain-death-gotta-get-my-chickin' level. Must be good!

    This Chick-fil-A is AWESOME! Always an excellent crew in there that takes much pride in their work. I've ordered here many times and they literally have never messed up.. anything ..ever. You guys are the best! Thanks so much for your continued hard work and delicious food 😉👍

    This place is ran by TRUE idiots. Every god damn time I go in the drive through or inside to pick a pre order up at least 2 items are missing. This place has at least made a few hundred dollars off me in not putting everything in my order. Quality assurance this place FAILS at. I am going to go back to the Audubon place. This place SUCKS!!!! Be warned CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!

    Most definitely my favorite Chick-fil-a! I practically come here first thing every morning for breakfast and the staff is always polite! Special shout out to Tyler who is always in a good mood and serves the food in a great timely matter.

    Great Chick-fil-A! Service, atmosphere, and food are perfection. Only downside is how tricky it can be to get in and out of the parking lot, but it's usually not too bad

    If your wondering if waiting through the drive through line is worth it…..it is. I just went inside to this location for the first time and was met with disappointment. The older manager Robert, was incredibly rude and arrogant. Treats his paying customers as a nuisance, and was met with complete disregard. His employee, kevin on the other hand was polite and hospitable. He was warm and friendly and serviced me with zero problem. It’s sad to see this happen where people with a higher position taking no regard to customer service, and the impression it leaves behind. Personally I don’t think someone with this attitude or behavior towards customer service should be employees ESPECIALLY as a manager who has to deal directly with customer care. Coming from the restaurant industry, I think Kevin is a better fit as a manager than Robert who found it difficult to reach for the condiments alone without asking for help. Also if you want fries, order a XL off the secret menu cause they’re regular serving size is half of McDonalds

    Excellent customer service! They forgot an item in my order and when I returned to get it they were incredibly apologetic, courteous, and helpful. They offered to make me a new order fresh and I had no issues. I absolutely love their breakfast options and prefer them over other fast food breakfast places. In your early morning when your in the rush of the day it's really nice to have smiling happy people on the other side of your order.

    This was my 1st unsatisfactory experience with chick fil a. I wSa in the drive through today. I asked for a larger tender meal. with honey mustard and bbq . We received a medium and the only honey mustard option I got was the honeymustard bbq sauce. My bf loves the honey mustard and was disappointed by this. I had to air fry additional fries because we only got a medium. Then I'm eating My deluxe sandwich which came with no cheese, no tomstoe, and only wilted lettuce. I've dealt with worse but chick fil a normally sets a high standard.

    I’ve literally lost track of my incorrect orders. Just got home and I’m missing yet again another item. My fault for not checking the bag, I should have known better given their track record.

    Fast, friendly service. Not too busy or crowded- clean facilities and of course amazing food. Has the Cobb salad, waffle fries and frozen lemonade!

    What can I say about Chick-fil-A if you have ever eaten there you know everything they sell is awesome. It is too much healthier version of fast food. Keep up the good work five stars on the way we'll be back again.

    While the food tastes great, and those tots are super delish, it's the service. It took forever. Sorry, but i need my coffee mixed. When i asked for 2 cream and to be given a bag half full of cream and sugar, it shows you dont listen.
