Ordered 2 peppermint shakes 1. they forgot about them. 15 mins later asked for them. 2. When we got our shakes 1 of them was just peppermint and the other was just vanilla. 3. When I ask about why my shake wasn't peppermint she said they were out of peppermint. And walked away. Why wouldn't you tell me that when I ask about my shake was taking so long. That's why 1 star.

Just came from there (08/11/23) for lunch, there was a very nice young lady either named Erica or Jackie, who was working the floor and asking if I needed anything. What an excellent display of customer service. She was fantastic.

I don’t usually write reviews but I can’t let this slide. I get their busy and all but at least fill my fries up to the amount they are supposed to be. I feel like I got ripped off. I ordered a large and it had the same amount as my daughters medium. Unacceptable!

No matter what I order or how busy this place is my order is always correct. The staff stands outside in the cold and always with a smile and pleasant. The management of this company is amazing I pretty much gone to many locations and different states and have found chick fil a is tan professional any place. High 5 to this franchise and don’t ever change. To add the food is always predictable and delicious. Side note: watermelon lemonade mint frost was very refreshing

The bun was just big enough to hold the ingredients in a good way The chicken was crispy yet moist An employee was well ahead of entering the store yet waited to hold the door open I ordered a chicken sandwich and soft drink. I was given something to identify my order and was served at the table quickly. I did not order fries, but they were included in the bag being served. When I checked the receipt I was charged for a meal, which I hadn’t ordered This practice(?) isn’t appreciated or possibly and mistake-doubtful If I wanted fried I would have asked for them. Every employee was extremely courteous, unusual for a fast food restaurant

Nice experience at CFA. Ordered online since we planned to arrive at noon and lunch was ready when we walked in. Order was correct, hot and fresh. Love the consistency at all CFA locations and I would definitely recommend this one if you’re in the area.

Consistently a great place to eat. Food seems to taste better at this CFA than others - maybe that's just me! Lines move fast.

Got my food served to me today by the nicest and most polite crew. Connor specifically, who was in training, was especially great. Very good service.

Great location. Most chick-fil-a’s are run well and this one is no exception. Friendly workers who are professional and get your order accurate the first time. What else could you ask for?

This location was my first job when I was 16. I had the absolute best people as coworkers and I'm glad to see the service here is still next level over 10 years later! Y'all rock!
