It was such a terrific experience. Our waitress was amazing and having the manager touching our table just add to the experience of being able to see quality client’s service being displayed with such elegance. Overall our food choices were great and it tasted amazing. I particularly love the garlic mashed potatoes, stuffed avocado and the barbecue roasted wings. The wine was great as well. The bathroom smelled fresh and the stalls were immaculate. I enjoyed my trip and I would do it again. Thanks for making my visit enjoyable and exceptional. I am completely pleased ❤️

Overall, somewhere between a 3.5 and a 4 with a higher note here and there. Two filet mignons that were 5 stars. Steak cobb salad a 4. Baked potatoes that were either undercooked or overcooked, we couldn't decide which. Service was, well, meh with our server being overwhelmed by routine questions and then kinda disappearing for a time. However, she was super nice and trying hard. Oh! The bread appetizer with pesto, aioli and garlic butter! Bread, amazing! Pesto and garlic butter 4 stars but the aioli was disappointing. Chocolate cake for $12??? Actually, delicious... What about $8? Ok. Price? Two filets and margaritas were our most expensive items.... We had a salad and the chicken sandwich too. With tip, $320. Ouch. Same four of us have eaten for less in Hawaii so the prices here are high. Everything has gone crazy on prices... But, they do something I find a bit shady. Everything (almost) has an upcharge. For example, $49 filet comes with a starch and a vegetable... Their offering of mashed potatoes and cauliflower. But, waitress said no problem if you don't want those as the entree comes with two sides. Never mentioned that each of those new choices is a $2 upcharge. My son said loaded baked potato... And wanted only that. Waitress: "it comes with two sides." So, he added side of Mac n Cheese. Guess what? $2 for the baked potato and $2 for the Mac. Really? Same with my sides. Think $2 is nothing? They actually added up cuz they applied to everything. Next, the margaritas. If you read any of my other reviews you'll see I'm a shameless marga snob. Overall, decent but not great tequila choices and I'll give the flavor 4 stars. But, here are the things that annoyed me. $15 for a "top shelf" marga made with Camarena silver. Camarena is maybe $30 a bottle so it's not anywhere close to the top, but I get that it's not the rail tequila at $15/bottle. However, get this. A $1 upcharge on each one. Wait a minute... Already $15 for a top shelf marga so wouldn't the cost be absorbed? I've had margas all over the world and this is a first. I get it if the ticket says "margarita" and it's $10 so they add a charge for premium tequila. But, this one was $15 for a specifically marked top shelf. Next, too much ice. Way way way too much ice. The marga was three sips and done. Very light pour on the tequila. This last complaint seems weak... Glasses less than 3/4 filled (maybe you can spot this in over of the photos). If not for all the other things, you could rightly tell me I'm being silly picky. But, added together, it was just them making margin anyplace they could get away with it. A bit more attention to detail, saying it's a cook from scratch kitchen but then nothing (and I mean NOTHING) could be adjusted for gluten allergy, and service without mistakes would easily add a star. Fixing the upcharge madness and making the country's #1 best selling cocktail better? Priceless. I totally apologize for the photos after we started eating... We'd been on the road a while and starving.

My experience was nice. We decided to sit at the bar if not 40min to a hour wait. The experience was fun. The customer service was great. We ordered drinks they were really good. We also ordered the prime rib with roasted spring vegetables and baked red snapper with mac & cheese and cheese steak rolls, and meatloaf. All of our choices were great tasty nicely cooked just the way we asked! Four stars because the veggies were browned and almost completely raw, we had to exchange them for asparagus but the asparagus was also basically raw. We ended up getting sautéed mushrooms, which were delicious. Great place to go fun place to go.

First time here, wish we hadn't waited so long. Excellent variety of sharables, entrees and beverages. Also, several vegetarian options so everyone in the family can celebrate special occasions together. Meat was done to order, fish was tender and flaky, cauliflower steak was thick and filing. Redstone is the way restaurants used to be, when a good kitchen could prepare meals to be served all at one time so as not to leave hungry people at the table. A free flowing kitchen may be good for bar food but not a proper restaurant! Ryan U was our server. He was spot on, anticipating our needs without hovering. We had a great night and we're sure to be back soon.

Came for brunch on a Sunday and had a wonderful meal. Service was exceptional. Reservations recommended, they were quite busy. We were seated right away with our reservation at a high top near bar. Bar area is very loud, seats available for dining and drinks. Open kitchen design makes it more noisy. Complimentary beignets were a nice touch with strawberry puree. Specialty holiday drink menu available now. "You can't catch me tini" was delicious and packed a punch. Southwest skillet was great and filling with a nice spice from Jalapeños. I am glad we got sauce on the side, it was too heavy for an already hearty meal. Bacon was crisp and had good smokey flavor. Our waiter provided exceptional service, checking on us frequently, serving us flawlessly. We will definitely be back!

Wow, went there for my Aunts birthday and had an absolutely incredible time. Our waiter Ron may have been the best waiter I've ever had. Was genuinely hilarious and made the whole evening very memorable. The food of course was great as well. I had the cauliflower steak and it was extremely good. Definitely the place to go for nice birthday dinners.

Great place. Service was fantastic. Food was absolutely delicious and came out fairly quickly. I went with the cornbread, beans and ribs, wife had the salmon. Ribs were fall off the bone. Tender, juicy and just the right amount of bbq sauce. The cornbread was the best I’ve had in NJ. The beans were delicious as well. Will definitely go back. The outside patio has a really nice atmosphere as well. I Highly recommend Redstone

Everything was delicious from beginning to end. The calamari was cooked perfectly (crispy w/ tentacles) and was very fresh. The main courses were excellent and the deconstructed banana cream pie to end the meal was awesome! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been here for lunch and dinner. I tried the Tuna Poke Bowl for lunch and it was pretty good. When I came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, we had the Breaking Bread, Carrot Bolognese, and Braised Short Rib. We ended the night with the chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla bean ice cream. Rob was our server and his service was exceptional! He went above and beyond for us - and he’s really funny too! We can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Music is too loud, especially under a speaker. Great service. Our waiter was entertaining. The food was great. We're looking forward to outside dining next year.

I wanted Redstone American Grill to be our new go-to brunch spot, but I think it is really just mediocre. The place is pretty dark. The font and layout of the menu were fine. The coffee was good, but I was never asked if I wanted a refill. ☹️ Water is pretty basic these days, and they never arrived. Other than the lack of coffee and water, our server was friendly and attentive. We received complimentary beignets - they were okay. Our entries were small portions of pretty basic breakfast items; fresh and tasty, but no wow factor. The main part of the restaurant seemed clean and the bathroom tidy.

We really enjoyed Redstone, the food was tasty and service was great. Our waitress was attentive and quick. We tried the fondue, chili Thai noodles. All were fantastic.
