I have been coming to this location at least twice a month for over 5 years now and for the first time today was denied my military discount…not because they don’t offer military discount or because I didn’t have a valid ID to prove my entitlement, but because I am a military spouse. To be clear spouses receive the same benefits and privileges as their active duty spouse EVERYWHERE else that offers the benefits when you show valid ID. This is why the military offers IDs to spouses and their children. I have never had someone examine my ID and deny my entitled benefits and have never been denied benefits anywhere in the country because my ID says (spouse). Shame on you Chick fil A for discriminating against military spouses and their families as we serve too! Also the lady who took my order was quite RUDE while examining my ID! So much for friendly service. You just lost a local customer!

In all honesty, I didn't purchase anything from this location but based on the garden salad with chicken that my niece gets from here, and the lines at drive-through, I think the food there has to be good 👍. I must add that the wait time for the in-restaurant purchase was verrrrry long. (In all fairness, my niece did say she was behind someone who couldn't decide on what to get.)

Always a pleasure and makes us wonder why other restaurants don't have the success of Chick- Fil -A.

For as busy as Chick-fil-A gets, they really do a great job getting you through the drive-thru quickly. And, they get the order right. Delicious food, fast and accurate. Employees are always courteous. What's not to love?

The long line was very proficient and very smooth. Not a long wait at all even though the drive through line had lots of cars in it. I loved the service and food.

I love their spicy chicken sandwich. It’s so good! They also have the best customer service and are so generous! I added a drink to my order last minute and they gave it for free when I tried paying for it. Would highly recommend.

I had a girl named Kai at the drive thru. She knew her stuff! Told me the menu off memory and had a great personality. Food was great. Go here. Thank you Kai.

We got the 12 piece chicken nugget meal and spicy chicken sandwich meal. Both were hot. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I gave this 4 stars because food was quality and timely. I did not have to worry about sauce dripping out of the sandwich. We were there around 4 p.m. on a Saturday

Love their food but could improve on the service. Placed an order using the app and waited like 20 minutes for my order to come out. Finally asked the cashier and she found it waiting behind the counter. I thought they bring it out to you like all the other stores do. I was wrong 😂.

Went to the drive thru. Speedy service for the time of day. I used the app (which I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and my food was actually brought to me while a car in front was still there. Friendly staff. Always a pleasure

Our first time at this location, the food was cold, lemonade was watered down ( ordered no ice) possibly need changing. Will not visit this location again we paid for hot food not cold fries and Luke warm meal’s definitely unacceptable. US Navy veteran here.

We come here about once a month so my daughter can have a ball in the play area. Service is always A+! Very nicely kept restaurant.

Chic Fil-A has exceptional customer service, however this is what they consider chocolate milkshake. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup.

The deluxe chicken sandwich has been salty lately. Very surprised no one else has complained about it to management. When I informed the staff, they repeated what I told them as if they were in total shock. Staff made me another sandwich and that one was just as bad.

I came here last night around 8:30PM. Our family ordered 4 meals with 4 milkshakes. After we pulled up to the cow we waited as our food was being prepped. They brought our shakes and said have a goodnight. We said we did not get our fries. The girl left our car and went to the drive thru window. She then came back and asked to check our bag to accuse us of having the fries. She checked our bag and realized the mistake. Thanks for not believing us. What an embarrassment.

The team member at the drive thru for app orders (who blocked her name tag, 8/14 afternoon shift ) does not have the temperament or professionalism to perform her duties. Because she was listening to my question , I ended up ordering in the restaurant. What happen to this location??? The organized and welcoming team that once existed, is no more!!

Horrible service, waited in a drive thru and half my order was forgot then was told I had to wait in line or go inside to get the rest of my order. When i got inside I waited 10 minutes in a line of 2 people and had to wait for my order to be completely “remade” because it was forgot. unbelievable never going back

William was a very big help. He offered us refreshers and clear our table off. He made sure that our experience was great. We will for sure be back in the future.

I never had a problem before with this location. I’ve always came here. I decided to do Uber Eats today and when i received my food, i got no sauce, no chicken sandwich, and the fries were not even full. I spent well over $50 on this order for me plus 3 other people. I proceeded to call and let them know. I am not usually the type that complains due to the fact I worked in the food industry and was a CFA team member myself back in highschool. The woman proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I had to contact uber. I’m not sure how it’s Ubers fault when the bag is sealed? CFA is the one who handles and prepares the orders. Not uber eats. I am very truly upset.
