Open your sandwich and check to make sure you got everything you asked for. 3rd time in a row I've been here and got zero mayonnaise or oil & vinegar. I even ask for EXTRA! Sandwich is completely dry. Definitely not with the money they charge when the order is never correct.

Just ordered the whacked chicken. It was rubbery and severely undercooked. I expect a lot more from a sammich that cost me 14 of my Christian dollars. Edited: Primo, the link you provided does not lead to any form. It leads to your contact information. Please stop playing in my face.

The staff in Voorhees can’t seem to get an order correct to save their lives! My past 2x there I’ve either had a delivery order from the Voorhees store that was completely wrong or, I picked it up in person, unwrapped the sandwiches when I arrived home to find something different than what I ordered. BEWARE! Do not leave the area before checking your sandwiches because these people will hand you anything!

After a 13 hour drive from South Carolina with a very tired toddler, we ordered sandwiches online to pick up before we checked into our hotel. Blame it on being exhausted from the drive, we accidentally ended up at the wrong location. We called to let them know we would be there right as they were closing and we couldn’t have been met with better customer service. From the friendly voices on the phone to the friendly employees we met when we arrived. These tired parent truly appreciated the kindness we were shown. Not only the friendly faces but they made sure to pack silverware which we forgot to ask for and kept our sides cold until we got there. 10/10 recommend Primos and the awesome employees there! We will definitely stop there again!

Food is good but they have messed up multiple small things on the last three orders I got there. This time I ordered a turkey sandwich on a non-seeded roll with extra lettuce and pickles on the side. I got a seeded roll, no pickles and no extra lettuce. My co-workers hoagie was supposed to have vinegar on it and did not.

This primos location needs to change its name. What’s the Italian equivalent to mediocre sandwich shop? Wassamattayou can’t make a hoagie. Seriously who ever owns this particular primos needs to visit the other locations and see how they do it. You somehow managed to make a sandwich taste worse than a gas station hoagie that sat around for two days. Quite remarkable actually.

I ordered BEFORE the store opened. My cheesesteak arrived sooner than expected but cold. This can only be explained by leftover steak. The cheese was not melted. Beware This is a follow up. Firstly, I followed the owner’s instructions but have not heard back. Two. Donations of food are written off at full price. My TWO favorite fast food spots Primo and Chipotle, do not seem to realize this. Voorhees McDs is the same, They keep burgers in the grease way past standards. Just donate that food, but until that happens routinely only order during standard business hours, not before and in the case of McDs Voorhees, not late at night either. To the owners I am not going any where. I am a long term middle of the day customer. The Lindenwold McDs is the only local McD outlet I can trust at any time of day. I hope to post a positive follow up at some point.

We got two mild sharp Italian hoagies and they were soooo good. The onions, wow, and the marinated mozzarella balls are the best. Coleslaw was really good too. Next time we’re trying tie one with the spicy capicola 👍🏼 🇮🇹
