Local Store went out of business, attempted to use my rewards membership and 20% discount shopping online. Called customer service today and was informed they canceled my membership but kept my money , so wrong.

Hidden gem! If you have been doing your holiday shopping and need a break, this is the place..... While the wife was browsing I found 2 demo massage chairs that made the shopping excursion worth the visit! As she shopped, I got a 30 minute massage. If you're looking for a massage chair, you can't go wrong.. def worth checking them out!

The set up of the store is beautiful and inviting. There's a good selection of items for your bed, bath, kutchen. They even have a section of pet items and have added a team section for the sports lover. Getting married? You can always visit their bridal registry. You can also entertain yourself with all the video displays throughout the store. My only complaint is I sometimes find them on the pricey side. But you can usually find one of their coupons before .

Nice store. Large selection of products. At time of visit no line at register. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the stores inventory and products. The store is ground floor easily handicap accessible. Large free parking lot. Store is centrally located in shopping center and clearly visible. The wide variety of stores in this shopping center fulls just about every need.

Purchased Our Table cookware set manufactured by Bed Bath and Beyond before they closed their store. Cooked several times only to have the inside handle cover to pop and ricochet.This could have injured someone. I do not recommend using this cookware. There is no information to obtain a refund or contact anyone for this defected cookware.

My wife loves the place! Great customer service and selections. They issue many coupons and later honor them if you forget to bring it.

Will never use this business again. Bed bath and beyond won't give any money back for gift cards previously purchased or points.
