It is one of the few remaining brick & mortar stores in South Jersey. Limited in-store inventory, especially if you look at what's available online. But that's the case with most stores.

Toni was wonderful! Toni was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and the list goes on. My receipt says Tia was our cashier and Tia was funny, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Great experience and customer service. We’ll be back! Please give them the kudos they deserve!

Best underware. They keep shape after wash. They stay in place day and night. It is the only underware I will buy. Love the colors and the prices.

The bra’s are good quality but I was not happy with my experience in the store today. I was lied to by the sales rep Christina which disappoints me! I specifically asked if there were any sales on their bras since I was getting two and they are already over priced as is. She looked me right in the eyes and told me that they were both full price. So I bit the bullet and forked over the money. Later that night while at home, I happened to look online and saw that my suspicion was true. The two bras that I bought were indeed 30% off! I am so annoyed because this is a huge inconvenience to me. Had the sales rep been aware of the sales, I wouldn’t be in this situation.

I visited this store in person to hopefully complete an exchange. I was greeted by Chris who was upbeat, positive, and all about the customer having a pleasant experience. I truly felt like I was the only person in the store and I loved that! I explained what I was looking for, Chris helped me with walking me through how to measure myself to find the perfect fit for a bra and before I knew it, she had me all set up with almost a dozen different bras to try on. She checked on me a couple times and told me what sales were on right now. She didn't bother me, she was truly helpful and kind. I found a bra that fit me really nicely and was able to get two in that style in my size for a great sale price! The original bras I went in to exchange for a bigger size were able to be ordered and will be shipped to the store. I like this because I can try them on right away at the store to make sure that the fit is going to work for me. No more back and forth, even though it was painless. This store offers one-on-one stylist appointments which I hope to schedule soon. Now that I have proper fitting bras, I can shop for clothing! I had my first and only child last March at the beginning of the pandemic, so you can imagine that shopping for clothes, let alone most things, has been a challenge. If you visit this store, I hope Chris is working! She will help you find all of the right things and she can tell you about everything they offer. It was such a pleasant experience, I wish every shopping experience was this great.

Had alot of fun with one of the sales lady. I didn't catch her name but she was very helpful with mt purchases. There was no pressure to buy anything. She truly went over and above her job to make my shopping experience a good one..thank you!!

I wasn’t greeted Tuesday afternoon coming into the store but I was stared at greatly which made me vary uncomfortable to even ask for assistance. Also the store was very cluttered more space is needed for that amount of product.

Went to Lane Bryant in Mt Laurel to look for some outfits to wear to the gym and casual wear also. I found some nice comfortable pieces to wear. I had to order some things because of them not being available in the store. They have very nice comfortable bras and panties. It was a nice shopping experience. I like some of their jeans. The customer service was good.
